To those, who need a bit of inspiration and motivation. For those who cannot finish this video and feel like giving up, please keep on going. THE MIND WILL GIVE UP 1000 TIMES BEFORE THE BODY WILL. I remember 3 weeks ago I couldn't even do one full video without feeling like I wanted to pass out, but now I'm doing this whole workout 4 times through only with a 30sec break in between for water. Whenever I feel like giving up I remind myself how hard and how long I've worked for today's body whether it be 10 secs, 10 mins, 10 days or 10 weeks. I've come this far why would I stop now? And one last thing, please stop focusing on the weight loss, focus on how strong and how healthy your body is getting. I may not have lost a whole lot of weight but I can literally feel and see the difference in my internal and external body. I feel happier as a person and I can see my body toning up. I do apologise for this EXTRA long comment. I just want beautiful people to know that you're not alone, don't hate on yourself for your past, focus on your future and what you could potentially become, let that be your motivation.

Hi Cassey, I have watched your videos since I have been 12 I am now turning 17. I use to watch your videos when I was going through my restrictive eating and my eating disorder it was the longest hardest battle of my life which I can finally say I will never have to go through again, some days are still hard but I kick it's butt every day. I went from running 4 times a week and over exercising and barely eating to now doing weight lifting and have finally reached one of my personal goals on leg press which is 720 pounds I have NEVER been this healthy and fit in my whole life and I can say it is the most amazing feeling ever! I wanted to thank you for being my inspiration and for also helping me find my career choice I am now graduating healthy and am going to college/university to become a personal trainer and live my passion. I live everyday like it's my last and honestly i can't thank you enough for what you have done for me your videos are so encouraging and your pep talks keep me going, although i don't do much cardio i enjoy your ab workouts a ton. I was around 80 pounds in Junior high. And about 90 pounds in college cause I've dealt with eating very little. Or would eat s ton and throw myself up I'm now dealing with health problems and deal with acid reflux we. Thought it was from a. Chemical allergic reaction. But it's not the first time I've struggled with these kind of issues and realize it was from doing that stuff to myself im shortly after getting a gym membership and getting more involved with the classes I fell in love with pilates.and wanted more so when I looked up some stuff one of Casseys videos came across the screen and have been hooked ever since all the instructors could tell you now how much I've improved on getting my weight back to where it needs to be and my balance and strength have greatly improved including my form and the way I stand. She has helped me in a lot of ways and I love her for that
i used to not be able to do ANY push ups, even the ones on the knees were challenging for me! Then i started benching and now i can do a solid 8 :). you got this! its all about consistency

Last year, I tried this workout. I couldn’t even finish it once. Today, I did it again. I almost cried and sweat was flinging off of my face. But I did it four times. And it’s because of this feeling of accomplishment, I keep coming back and working out with Cassey, always wishing to be better and to improve myself. My next goal is to get so strong that I can do this workout four times without feeling overexerted. I know as long as I keep coming back and training, I’ll achieve that. I feel very proud of myself for finishing today's fit agenda given the fact I had to really really talk myself into completing the second round of this video. I started Pop Pilates just a little over a week ago, downloaded the monthly calendar instead of the Beginners (oops ;) ) and already saw results! I have to mix between the Beginners and Advanced calendar for my level, but I'm already seeing my legs and abs toned, and the annoying little pocket cellulite on my thigh is smoothing out! I'm in so much better shape than I was even a week ago! You guys can do it! Stick to it!
Cassey is normally so calm during all her workouts and doesn't pant or break a sweat. But this one got her panting so I know it's gonna be tough! Can't wait to try this tomorrow.

11/25/2020 I did one round but I rewinded it when I needed to switch to the other side. It would be the same if she would have put the moves for the other side in the video with it lol. Im pooped from the secret cardio she keeps putting throughout the week lmao

Hey guys I'm new here, and I wanna start my diet/getting healthy journey by doing it the Cassey way. I'm 5'5", 95 kilos, and eager to lose 30 kilos as it's really bothering my health even though I'm only 27. I'm losing hair, my joints (especially my ankles) feel weak, I feel sluggish, and my skin isn't looking good at all. Where and how do I start? Should I use Cassey's older videos before I do PIIT? Which video should I watch and do first? A total newbie here, so any help and suggestion would be appreciated greatly. So excited to join this community!
+Luxmundee Start with the beginner's calendar first then move on to the monthly ones. Don't suddenly try to eat much lesser, pace it over a few weeks and swap junk food with healthy food! good luck :D

GREAT workout!!! I just finished 2 rounds each of PIIT 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 (6 months of PIIT!!!), and this one is as hard as any of those workouts, except possibly for the Cardio Camp in 2.0.

Hubbys sleeping after working nights this am.. I'm trying not to do moves that jump around. But trying to do the calendar also the best I can

She can't know. It depends on your body. Your height, weight, body fat %, etc. you should get a calorie tracker.

+Danielle Diemer you shouldn't have to count calories, just do ~30min exercise a day, don't eat too much junk (eat clean) and you'll feel amazing!!~ Counting calories can easily turn obsessive and lead to an eating disorder, just warning you, be careful please :-)
GREAT workout!!! I just finished 2 rounds each of PIIT 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 (6 months of PIIT!!!), and this one is as hard as any of those workouts, except possibly for the Cardio Camp in 2.0.

My triceps are so weak I cannot do those push up froggers. Failing miserably haha so out of shape here, anyone else?! Did 1 round to the best of my ability about to do round 2 but I don't even think I'm positioned right for most of these moves lol

I would really love to workout on a daily basis, many times I'm just like "oh yes, I'm sooo ready, let's do it!" and then I watch stuff like this, break down and go back to the things I was doing.

I did it too! I am exhausted!! But since school is cancelled and I won't go to work for 3 weeks, I figured I have plenty of time to do both!

It's been a month since I started blogilates and truly committed, and I got stronger since the last time I did this video. I have started cutting out sweets and eating even more healthy, which will make my July results even better!
