he got sentenced to 266 days in jail. I checked the court documents again and did not see anything regarding restitution on his sentencing doc. He had to submit a DNA sample and do the 266 days in jail. (verified with the county jail, He was released on July 20th after spending 7 months there. Seems like he got a little time off for good behavior.)

I agree. We need to stop letting anyone and everyone pour into our country. I get people wanting better lives but the way it is happening is disgusting. And for some reason we are made to feel like we need to be ashamed of American culture l. If these people are assets to our country like some say then why were they not an asset to their country? If American culture is so bad why do they come here?
I know EXACTLY who this guy is. Meaning, I am familiar with his background and culture. Comes from a rich parent. Got everything he wanted since a kid. Went to the best of the best schools. Especially in a place like India. And once he got here. He got a dose of REALITY. Eventually throwing a hissy fit.
Dude, I'm indian too. Do rich Indians do this shit? Or posers? When you don't have the money or the brains... But you just meet the criterion for these universities which are so lax
I had the misfortune of working with people from India who were like that. According to them, they know everything and are better than everybody else (hence his mutterings of "teaching them a lesson"). In reality, usually neither applies. Part is to blame on the caste system in India, even if they claim it's not in effect anymore... it is still in the back of their heads. The other part is the wealth they grow up with in a country plagued by poverty. The difference between rich and poor is gigantic in that country. On a positive note, I worked with a lot of wonderful folks from India, who shared my frustration with those people.
I mean that’s a pretty ignorant statement. There are people that fit that mold and there are people that may have lived an identical life but turned right instead of left. To paint them all one color is ignorance at its greatest.

I am a flight instructor. I have come across many foreign students from different cultures. YES not all cultures are equal. Singh is typical Northern Indian & Pakistani name. They are use to social status and look down at others and can't be told no. It is baked into the cake. He should pay for all damage (which might be 100's of thousands), deported and banned from getting a pilot certificate, and not allowed to return into USA again.
He isn't rich. Don't bash rich people. This is just the way he is... per the cast system he was grown into back home. $60,000 is a lifetime of savings in India. The thing is, anyone could have taken the airplane and found out the hard way that they couldn't land. That in itself is criminal. Federal Government criminal. He needs for to serve his time in a Federal prison (about 10 years per plane) as someone's girlfriend, then be deported in 2124.
He’s not rich these retards sell off ancestral lands to come here thinking there will be a huge reward if they get a job as a pilot. Most don’t land any jobs when they get back to India.
rich from his parents scamming americans. then he comes here and destroys our work. we need to be more intolerant in the real world, who cares what people think on the internet. we seem to have this culture built around acceptance, started by less than 5% of the population, mostly people who aren't even productive in society.

This guy lived in my apartment complex where flight students are housed. He was always walking back and forth down the street. I mean nonstop every day. The apt’s these guys stay in are like 10 students to 2-3 bedrooms so it doesn’t surprise me they lash out in violent ways. Regardless, this guy always gave me a weird feeling because he never looked like the type to fly a plane… nor would I feel comfortable as a passenger…. but that’s my story that’ll end up lost in the comment section. 🤣 saw the thumbnail on my recommended and was like OH I know that guy.

I drive a newer mercedes and they stare at me with pure contempt everytime I drive by. Multiples nails found in front of tires. One of them (or a group) cut a hole in my doormat and put a roofing nail there. Thankfully, my shoes were resilient enough to stop from penetrating through my foot. My post about that went viral on Reddit. I want to give some of these guys a chance because I imagine they come from awful conditions, but their actions really speak enough that they are unfit to be here. It sucks for the people that pay 2-3k+ a month to live peacefully in south florida while they commit petty crimes, use up all the facilities and loiter around cars.
That’s how a lot of Indians are. When I lived in Tampa hundreds lived in the complex I lived in. They would walk around on the phone all day then walk all night with there family. Even sober they always seem like they’re on stimulants.
Dude, having to wait to do a solo flight is one of the most common setbacks any student pilot goes through. If he couldn't tolerate having to wait, then he is clearly not cut out to be a pilot. It's like going to medical school and throwing a tantrum because the room is too cold.
It seems he was supposed to get done in 8 months but he has been there 1 year and 8 months. You know a lot of flight schools milk students, especially international ones because they can’t change their flight school that easily.

In the 141 program, you can potentially earn your Private, Instrument, Commercial, & CFI ratings in 4 months... 6 at most. After 1 year & 8 months not flying his 1st solo... he is either a part time student with long breaks between flights... or grossly incompetent.
Exactly. I think those of us who went through any kind of pilot training are the most baffled by this because what he's mad about is so normal, so common. What if he'd shown up and the weather was zero-zero, or there was a maintenance issue grounding the a/c? Would he have been enraged by that?

He would never pass an aviation mental and psychological assessment with that degree of unnecessary rage. He would be capable of sabotaging his own plane with a whole load of passengers in it.
you can glean from his overstatements and lies the kernels of truth in it, that he was scheduled for his first solo flight today, but he was the ONE student that had performed significantly poorer than all the rest, he had no feel for flying, he was incompetent for a solo flight and the instructor bluntly told him, you can't fly, because you are incompetent to. He did his job. And Baby Huey raged and took this as an assault on his and his family's honor, decided he'd wreck every plane they own as a lesson, not to tell me uncomfortable truths!!

I can imagine FAA and the flight school would want to have A&P mechancs do a COMPLETE check of everything on their planes Who can say what that lunatid actually did?
*_"god knows what he did."_* He bent the throttles on them, which completely disables them by preventing them from leaving idle. The damage he caused isn't dangerous. It is extremely inconvenient and obviously costs the business money, but there is no danger. What he did amounts to slashing a cars tires, snapping the shifter off of a manual transmission, or crimping the fuel line.
They all say they’re from a good family when they get in serious mess. One of them he bought his mum a coach bag in the airport then he took another purse that he did not pay for. So the lady in charge looked at the camera and caught him. Then they called police 👮♂️. Police 👮♂️ investigated and he was arrested. He first lied saying the coach purse he took was for free. That the lady said he should take it for free. The lady said she did not say that. That is crazy.
I've seen that coach bag video. Just wondering why & how the hck American embassy give these people visa to the USA, unless those American visa officers are bribed.
While I hate the word "vibes", I'm definitely getting bad ones from this guy. He can barely speak English too, which makes it even harder to pin down the specifics of his otherwise obvious defects of character. Either way, he's dangerous and I wouldn't want this guy flying a plane.
There goes your pilots license forever bro. One of the five attitudes to not have when flying is impulsivity, and you showed it in spades. Anti-authority is another of the five main ones and this dude has that too
No way this guy can become a pilot. Can you imagine him flying a big jet and is angry at the airline that he is working for and decides to crash the plane and kill all souls on board?
So, he comes to The United States to train to be a pilot, and he gets upset and ties to enforce his feelings on the school owner/manager to teach him a lesson. That might work in India, but it won't work in the USA. Fine him, jail him, and depot him. Unreal.

The FAA can't hand out criminal judgements - the best that they could do would be suspend his non-existent pilot's license. The NTSB wouldn't be involved because they only become involved in air travel matters if there's an accident/crash. There was no crash, so the NTSB has no role to play.
As an international student who got private pilot license in the states, I’m always appreciated and respectful to my FBO and instructors, even though I know part of their salary comes from my pocket. omg this guy is way out of line. You teach your instructor a lesson by breaking 10 planes, just because bad weather and delayed solo ??? Jesus Christ WTF is wrong with you! Also kudos to the instructor who grounded him in the first place
@ I’m actually surprised how calm the instructor and airport staff behaved. These planes could take weeks if not months to repair and if I understand correctly they may not get paid in the meantime, unless the insurance kicks in? If I were the instructor I’ll say some F words at least lol
Yes, all the planes do need to be checked but this may affect non-flight school aircraft. It also gives you a heads-up as to his method. More information is better than less.
i feel like the level of maintenance required to determine that the planes were still safe and airworthy could eclipse the value of the planes themselves. he should have to buy them all new planes, and then work (not near those planes) until they are paid off. and then deport him.
I am a pilot undergoing professional flight training in Florida, I actually have a checkride scheduled next week (from this posting). I remember my first solo, all pilots do, I was nervous, and excited all rolled into one. Why? When you are flying solo its entirely up to you to make all of the correct decisions, and its not just about your own life, you are responsible for other pilots lives near you and the people on the ground in your area of influence. It's a ton of responsibility even for a little single engine prop plane. Every student and instructor I have ever talked to has complained about weather, mechanical, or just life in general messing up their flight training causing pushed back milestones. That's aviation for you, its just like that. The way this guy handled it showed that he should not be allowed to become a pilot in any capacity. If he is here on a student visa, that visa should be revoked.
@@CrimePiece I just did some additional research, any violent felony or a felony that results in imprisonment for over 1 year is grounds for visa termination and even if registered as a permanent resident that visa is revoked and the applicant is deported with a 20 year ban on returning to the United States. As a gen ave pilot, this makes me very very upset. This kid should NEVER ever get his ticket. He would be a danger to ANYONE in the airspace he is in, and at the airport - I would not trust him to properly taxi the aircraft. . AND he can't communicate. Every one of those aircraft will need not only the damage repaired apparently to the throttle, but a full A&P inspection. Listening to his interview at the jail (I assume with a federal agent) is a fascinating insight into the mindset of Indian men from privileged families. They always distance themselves from their bad actions, like referring to what they did as “when the thing happened” and the way he spoke about trying to punish the schools owner shows his true character.

If he was trapped into paying a costly education where the school refused him solo flights without good reason his motive was understandable. He explained to the judge his reason for his rage and the judge seemingly gave him a light sentence. The question now is only, can felons fly in the Colonies, in America? If they can why should he not be able to fly? I think his felony charges must have been dropped and he got convicted on some other charges. To my limited understanding felony charges carry minimum 1 year sentences. Typically in the Colonies judgements are very harsh and US is no different. I remember 5 of my students came from the school complaining about many things.
What needs to be noted is that this guy got caught.. imagine if he got his pilot's license and he's allowed to fly a plane with passengers... he'd have harmed/hurt so many other lives...
In short: He was an incompetent student pilot with rich parents who decided to throw a tantrum. Thank the gods he was stopped continue his training, imagine he would work in India as a commercial pilot...

No doubt! Did he expect to sneak off and let ten trainers and training pilots get into damaged planes to fly and crash? I thought he should be charged with so much more. They charged him with criminal mischief. Screwing with the controls of a vehicle is attempted murder.

If you can't solo after 20 months you can't fly. I soloed after 8 hours of training. I can't imagine him flying a paper airplane let along a plane with passengers.
From what I could gather from the interrogation, he flew into IMC and his CFI rightfully jumped on him about that. 20 months and not even solo. Ridiculous. His CFI ultimately saved his life. He was incapable of dealing with an emergency and was likely to put himself into one. Should've been ineligible for a student pilot cert to begin with due to the lack of English language proficiency instead of pushing a turd along through more instructor and wet rental hours. @@krozareq "What I'm curious about is why this Spice Star airline academy back in India needs to send him to the US in the first place" Our flight schools are expensive, much more than their US counterparts at times, and takes over 2-3 years to finish training. What does good U.S.-India relations have to do with him damaging planes? Does he think that gives him a pass?
in his mind he is an entitled indian
@kathya.gambrell9824 - Not a damn thing. He was just trying to flex. Didn't work.
ZERO, he was trying to play the RACE and CLASS card, won't work here
I took it as almost a threat. “Relations between US & India are good at this point” but maybe they won’t be if he gets in trouble for vandalism of a dozen planes. I mean, teaching a lesson to this flight school owner
he is trying to say that this was not a terrorist attack.
Waiting for the next title: "Owners of 10 planes damage foreign student in fit of rage."
This is not India !! Why give him an excuse ? Put him in jail and keep him there until all aircraft have been checked safe to fly. Then Immigration informed to ban re-entry.
@berniemccann8935: It's disgusting that he is allowed to talk so much as if he is innocent, and the victim is guilty. No wonder USA is like a garbage heap to the rest of the world. These foreigners coming into the US don't give a deacon what they do. His kind had wanted to rule US and they're from a terrorist land.
At least he didnt shoot a school up here like our fellow americans!! The school also has other well behaved indians and internationals from saudi arabia too
Is he shoot children in school????.
This is a child's mindset in an Adult body. I wonder about his past history concerning past issues. Definitely send back to his home country after jail sentencing her in USA.
I bet you this guy's family is rich as shit back in India based on his behavior!
That exactly what I think,..as soon as he said “I’m from India” and “I’m from a good family”, bc usually bc of their cast system, he’s saying to the cops “You better let me off light or you’re gonna be in trouble from higher up!”
Dam really
@@sarahsno215 - Caste. This ain't fishing.
Rich as shit in India is like having more than 4 rupees.
It’s all from old people money from America 😂
Bet the local A/C mechanic isn't complaining.
This is exactly why vetting people during the immigration process is so important.
He wasn't immigrating to the US. He was doing an international training program. He was hired by an airline in India that got him connected to the flight school in the US. His intention was to return to India and be an airline pilot.
JFC way to make it political. Yes of course, smh, millions of undocumenteds are flooding our flight schools and destroying light sport planes, freak.
He is not an immigrant, his grandfather is a Jewish diplomat and served 3 countries! So stop being antisemitic!
@@operacarmen No one commented "Jew." Stop the hysterical hyperbolization.

There is something REALLY wrong with this picture. Only federal officers should be talking with this guy. At the police academy, we were taught that all aircraft vandalism is handled by federal officers.
FAA at least
No! This was not an incident related to operating the aircraft or regulatory. This was simple vandalism.
Some A&P will repair the aircraft and the logbooks will be annotated.
Contrary to what you think local law enforcement can and do get involved. I've been a pilot for the last 40yrs. You are required to surrender your documents upon request.
DoJ may very well get involved. But it's still the locals that initiate the arrest from the original complaint. DoJ doesn't handle the 911 calls.
With that felony conviction he can kiss his us visa goodbye... scary to know he is still flying in India..
What part of this video made you think he got a pilot's license?
@@mikea5745 16:40 If he's in Spice Star Academy, then he is already employed and flying for Spice Jet in their "Earn while you learn" program. According to their website, etc.
@@mikea5745 16:40 According to their website everybody in Spice Star Academy are employees of Spice Airlines with "guaranteed employment" in their "earn while you learn" program.
In India he can buy a license without any exam. Beauty of the rich buying their way! It’s ridiculous
@@ThunderBolt777-TBwhich movie you are watching 😂😂
Does nobody else find it alarming that the A&P at this flight school cannot articulate a description of the throttle in a 172? That frightens me.
The disconnect between the A&P and the officer, was not the understanding of what a throttle does, it was that your not able to get the aircraft in the AIR, you cycle that throttle about 10 times minimum before the plane gets on the runway for takeoff, you must do a preflight “run up” with a checklist, it has a step that requires the pilot to. Confirm all controls free and logical ..
I’m not even a pilot and I noticed that as well….
@@GRANITEMONUMENT I mistook the assistant mechanic for the A&P, I was in a tizzy about his fumbling for words to describe the throttle. You must have a crazy checklist in your plane, when I start mine I just prime the engine and crack it open about a 1/4 inch before igniting.
I caught that too
