Thanks for checking our videos we greatly appreciate it…. You might have to lock the control so it won’t react to you pressing the buttons …. Also I send you the link to the owners manual … hopefully this help..

I've had this oven for 3 years 5 months and the smart panel is broken. I know it looks sleek but please do yourself a favor and purchase a manual range that will last for years.

@@consumerappliancereport1579 the oven looks great and that was the reason we purchased it. The burners themselves run very hot (although I always thought we could try turning the gas valve lower? Not sure), so I haven't simmered anything in some years lol and boiling pasta can be done on medium. The oven/broil worked great although its very easy to accidentally touch the screen to turn the oven or timer off. I've read reviews where the smart panel was replaced just for it to go bad a year later so we're currently looking for another range.

Try pressing the cancel button if that doesn’t work try to unplug stove and let it sit for 30 seconds.. then plug it back in.. you might need to also call for services and take a picture or video to show that it’s not working hope this helps
