FYI ktm and huskies find they’re own happy place when it comes to coolant. Every one (all generations ) I’ve owned always spits out the coolant if it’s filled over the fins and that’s 100% normal. Don’t keep adding coolant, it’s not boiling it out, it’s just over pressurized. The reservoir isn’t a bad idea, just no necessary. I have a 2022 fe350s as well.
Thanks for this video! I am installing the coolant overflow in place of the carbon canister on my 2022 500EXC-F. Man, what a pain, in that the canister will not drop out because of, what I believe is a larger counter weight in the front of the 500 VS the 350. I had to take all the engine mount bolts out in order to lift the engine high enough to get the old canister out and the new overflow canister in. Also, My Tusk temp gauge cap is allowing my bike to boil over at a very low temp.
Mine was overheating to. I also heard it was because of that crappy temperature gage cap. It ruined my ride, and I wasted so much time and money paying a shop to troubleshoot and pulling out my Power Commander and installing a Get ECU because of that stupid radiator cap. I have not rode since, so I don't know if the problem is solved, but I heard that temperature gauge cap was the problem. Thanks for the video, I am about to install the overflow tank right now. 2020
No, I didn't think of that unfortunately until after I had completed the upgrade. That is a great idea though, I bet that it would have worked. However, since the upgrade, my coolant level never changes and it gives me peace of mind.
I have the same bike and after it’s warm it has stalled every time I pull in the clutch. The mechanics are saying not to touch the idle adjuster. Well, I turned it 540 degrees and the problem is solved. I need to get onto some of those upgrades.
I'm having this problem currently rides great for about an hour then seems like it's getting over loaded and stalls on take off and when I drop it in first or hit the throttle
Your problem is the tusk rad cap they are junk every bike that I’ve seen run one has the same problem they do not seal correctly. Look at the tusk cap it has a neoprene seal and the seal is smaller in diameter than the stock rubber ktm husky rad cap seal etc.
All of the FE350s do. The FE350 does not as it was not street legal. The FE350 has been discontinued by Husqvarna this 2024 so any 2024 bike you by new will have that canister. I have "de-Californified" my FE350s as we don't have motorcycle emissions in my state to be street legal.

For 2022 Husky FE 350 what is the correct compression value? Some say 60 PSI and others say 80 PSI? What is the acceptable range for this model?

Is this problem for the 2024/2025?

Did you try just putting the stock cap back on as suggested in the comments?

Did you upgrade your front forks to the wp xact ? I was thinking they came stock with the wp xplor. Thanks
This canister you removed is like ktm smc 690 r 2021 canister in the right side?
Take that Tusk radiator cap off and out your stock cap back on. I've seen them fail on customers bike repeatedly. They are really low quality.
Yup they are garbage. Caused major overheating issues. Tossed it and no problems since

Yes, my tusk cap failed. The stocker has been on ever since and no problems.
Do all of these Bikes have the EVAP system?

Проверь крышку, там может быть ржавчина
