Naturally short nails have that gap between actual finger & nail underneath. With long nails its fused so longer nail beds. Notice people who bite their nails have almost no nail bed. It shrinks lol literally

Mine always bend backwards. I have never been able to get unbreakable nails no matter what supplement or topical treatment I've done. Some people genetically dont have the capability to have long nails

Overlays destroyed my nails!! 😔 I had to start all over! Now my nails are healthy and long!! Stay away from that stuff. And also that power dip!! Terrible stuff!

Paper thin like I’ve never seen anyone’s nails.... 3 tore completely in half while I Was gently filing the gel off. So do research if yu are growing your nails out. Good luck to us both!!

You couldn't have posted this at a better time!! I had acrylic tips then overlays for ten years, and i removed them between Christmas and New year last year. At about month 6, i caved and applied glue on full nails, setting myself back a few months. I'm now at month ten and they are just starting to grow. Oh, how i want to go and get acrylics done, as i miss having super long nails. But, when I'm feeling particularly weak, i binge watch all of your videos and tell myself to just keep going. take biotin daily. I have been for years and my hair is super long and strong my skin is clear and my nails are 2 inches long and strong. use a glass file on natural nails and use cuticle oil daily and dont submerge hands in hot chemical water ie: cleaning items.
Oil on both sides makes a huge difference in my already thick nails and I rinse and pat dry my nails after acetone use. I don't buff at all except to smooth or blend silk-linen wrap from time to time if there's a crack. More vids PLEASE 🤗
With me it's all about what I eat. When they are strong and long I know I'm doing well (eating water intake etc). When I'm not they let me know. Your nails are everything 😍

I am a nail technician and although I agree with your statement about the stiletto form it's not always like that. I'm a natural nail girl(just some shellac because otherwise they get damage even if I'm working always with gloves), my nails are bendy but at the same time they don't break (rarely on the sides). The big problem is I love my square form and past a certain point(which for me and you going by your videos is short) their ends start to bend and in some point my pinkies left and right touch in a way that forms a stiletto and it's only really cute on that finger (if not filed the other ones are horrendous) so the shape for my nails is a mix between stiletto and almond. Just wanted to put this out there because there are different ties of nails and every girl should find the best way for them. A small group of my clients constantly came with broken nails and I tried this with them(they come just for a manicure and hand massage - no polishes, gel or acrylics). About two months in most of them were ecstatic because there was no breaking or weird bending, the others too had the same results but were just too attached and fond of the square shape so they eventually started to come in for gel polish and gel extension if needed. I hope this gets to someone and help them on their journey. 😊❤️ P. S. Sorry if my English is not perfect but it's my second language.
I have SUPER brittle nails (the worst nails I have ever seen ) they are complete paper thin and I mean paper thin! They just bend by putting gentle pressure on them so I have to have shellac on then so they don’t hurt me Even with the shellac they still bend so easily it is crazy. I might sound like I’m over exaggerating but trust me I’m not. I am trying so hard to fix them

Wash your hands often use ointment for your nails and sugar rubs and file them buff them, then polish, and dry and use hand lotion.

Hey nail twin!! I was so excited to get a new vid notification and congrats congrats on your nail oils. I make my own at home and use a refillable pen to keep in my purse for touch ups everyday. If I don't cut them down a bit they'll be extremely long but I LOVE having long natural healthy nails like the women in my family😍. Beautiful as ALWAYS K❣❣

Everything that happens to her happens to me but since I started to take care of them and followed her nail care routine they have been strong and healthy that they grow so fast I have large nails
I am a nail technician and although I agree with your statement about the stiletto form it's not always like that. I'm a natural nail girl(just some shellac because otherwise they get damage even if I'm working always with gloves), my nails are bendy but at the same time they don't break (rarely on the sides). The big problem is I love my square form and past a certain point(which for me and you going by your videos is short) their ends start to bend and in some point my pinkies left and right touch in a way that forms a stiletto and it's only really cute on that finger (if not filed the other ones are horrendous) so the shape for my nails is a mix between stiletto and almond. Just wanted to put this out there because there are different ties of nails and every girl should find the best way for them. A small group of my clients constantly came with broken nails and I tried this with them(they come just for a manicure and hand massage - no polishes, gel or acrylics). About two months in most of them were ecstatic because there was no breaking or weird bending, the others too had the same results but were just too attached and fond of the square shape so they eventually started to come in for gel polish and gel extension if needed. I hope this gets to someone and help them on their journey. 😊❤️

I have SUPER brittle nails (the worst nails I have ever seen ) they are complete paper thin and I mean paper thin! They just bend by putting gentle pressure on them so I have to have shellac on then so they don’t hurt me
Even with the shellac they still bend so easily it is crazy. I might sound like I’m over exaggerating but trust me I’m not. I am trying so hard to fix them

Have you tried builder in a bottle?(rubberbase) which is just like gellac but thicker and buildable
