This video was so on point! When me and one of my bestfriends moved here 7 years ago we were def making something shake! We came down for BET weekend 2013 and moved here just before LudaDay Weekend! We had no job, no place to stay, one car and a dream baby 7 years later we're still here doing the damn thing and still falling in love with it even more everyday! These are all great tips and a lot of them we did! Another tip is when looking for apartments if you already have a job or have a job offer letter, ask for Preferred Employer Programs a lot of them waive the app and/or admin fees. We all love to save a few coins lol Keep up the great content!!
How difficult was it finding work? I’ve been looking for months so that I can be prepared when I move in June. My family there keeps telling me to just step out on faith but the money I have saved won’t last forever & I have a son so I just feel like a plan or secured job is so necessary but I can’t find one & the ones I do see aren’t paying enough for me to be able to take care of home 😩 I’m trying not to give up but it’s tough.
