I have joined the company on Feb 2024. My onshore functional manager isn't satisfied with anyone. All the senior members left the organisation because of him. Now , my line manager asked me to resign as soon as possible because the functional manager isnt going to give good ratings in mid year review.. What I felt is that probablyif I dont resign, my functional manager will put in PIP and terminate as 6 months is the probation period. What should be the right action I should take in my situation? And if they put me in PIP, i dont think anytime in future, I can come back to the company in different teams, correct?

Termination, Pip will not affect your experience letter or relieving letter for your next job. Maybe a notice period there or not.

What if the company asks to resign with early release within 6-7 days with 3-4 months of salary as compensation?

@@Sharmason03 So I am in a situation where I was asked to resign with early release due to high bench aging and they are providing two options as resign with 3 months of salary plus two months of severance pay but you will get early release and the other options is that they are giving 25 days of extension with a risk of termination. Currently I don't have any offer letter in my hand though I have started to look for openings outside which option is more suitable?

I got joining Bonus of 1.5 lakh.
Now Organization is asking me to resign. They are giving me 2 months time, they will pay me till I serve notice period.
For example if I resign on 15th of this Month, then I will get compensation till 15th only and in return will have to pay 1.5 lakh because as per the offer letter if employee chooses to leave they will have to payback joining Bonus.
Please suggest

Update: I was asked to join a call, probably for resignation. But I didn't receive any call. On the same day I had a project interview and I answered almost 85% questions. I am so happy now. And also now I don't have any fear of termination. If you have skills, just believe in yourself.
And also stand for your rights. I will still ask to give notice period.✌🏻
