There is truth in this but if you're a guy who's naturally introverted/chill/laid back then trying to charismamaxx and put on a fake personality and act more high energy/witty/charming is make you more miserable. At least thats how it was in my exp. In HS i "charismamaxxed" and got decent results but was always jealous of the Chad athletes that could be chill/laid back and have a pretty normal/boring personality and still get better treatment than me.

Charisma is way more than how you talk, its about the energy you give. You CAN be very charismatic without saying a single word, just through body language and being 100% ok with yourself(they way you look, the way you talk etc) even though you might not be the best at those things

@@SecretsToAttraction Yes of course but telling people that it's charisma over looks can lead guys to unrealistic expectations. There is a lot of actual science behind looks (aesthetics) and how you are perceived, especially how attractive and desirable you are to females. Men that are very good looking don't even need to communicate much and even use just facial expressions which is natural for them.

Charisma is internal. It's a intangible quality beyond the physical. It's an internal locus of control over your life. It's the self formed internal identity.
Looks is external. It's entirety physical. It's an external locus of control based on what other's think of you. It's the absence of internal identity.
Charisma can enhance your looks but looks cannot enhance your charisma.
