I purchased Marseille after your review with Dalia, and boy was I pleased. One of my favorite clean/Musky fragrances, and surprisingly it lasts forever, and it is on the cheaper side which is great too.
No doubt about it; my favorite Comme des Garçons fragrance is Palisander. If that ever came in an extrait de parfum concentration, I'd bathe in it. 🤣🤣😃😃😄😄
@@ThePerfumeGuy Really? I'll have to get that one next month. Funds are tapped for August. 😒😮💨😔 (That bottle of Stag's Leap was no cheapie for my b-day yesterday.)
Comme des Garcons frags are so fun to explore. My favorites so far are Series 3: Incense Kyoto, Series 5 Sherbet: Peppermint and Marseille (got a bottle after your recommendation).
For me Zero is your typical 'clean', a bit woodier fragrance that you can wear anytime, anywhere without offending anyone. It is nice, as you said, similar to Molecule 01 or 02, but a bit more complex. I like it, but not enough to purchase it. I haven't smelled that many from this brand, but for me the most interesting was Copper. Thank you for the video!
In fragrance videos I tend to hear people say things like “it has a mass appeal” and attempt to explain it, but it’s really simple: it smells like walking through a store at a mall. That’s why I didn’t wear fragrances for most of my life, I just assumed they all smelled like the mall because I didn’t know any better.
I was afraid this CdG (zero) was going to be more gimmicky than an actual good fragrance. Glad to know it's actually good 😊 I did buy the radish veticer one and was pleasantly surprised.
Shout out to Dahlia. Hope to see her again. I love the varnish accord in D S Durga’s Bowmakers, and I love vetiver so I’ll have to check this one out at some point.
Ok guy, do u know the story of "Edition de Parfums Frederic Malle" ? Some of them are very beautiful (Rose et Cuir, Vétiver extraordinaire, The Moon...)
Interesting!! Doubt I get it but I do want to try molecule 1 mandarin as I love orange scents. I now have 50 bottles with 2 otw so maybe should scale back soon lol.
I'll tell you about a CdG fragrance that didn't work for me: Wonderwood. Hyper-intense wood that eventually leaves you feeling that you're asphyxiating inside a cedar closet.
Hey Perfume Guy, I was wondering if you have worn CDG Ganja out in public before. Do you find it wearable? I have a full bottle, just don't know if I would freak people out by wearing it out lol.
My faves CdGs are Peppermint from the Sherbet line, 888 in gold bottle (mostly for date night) and 2 in silver bottle, this one is a staple, on my nth bottle, been wearing them since around 2008...
Sebastian you have to try Estee Lauder The Luxury Collection - Infinite Sky. Omg it smells like MFK Grand Soir and original Tiffany for Men had a baby. Gorgeous! But it's more masculine and I'm a female so ... need to return it.

@@Tomatohater64 Stag's Leap is wonderful. I hope that you got a delicious reserve bottle?
@@lala_bee "was" a delicious reserve bottle.
Great video and I enjoyed it and I'm going to try these fragrances and have a blessed night

Kyoto is my favorite too!
Thanks Sebastian! Zero sounds great to wear in this hot, humid weather in Miami!☀️

I love this house. The Clash series is wonderful and Floriental is my favorite
Great perfume house…Kyoto is my fav…all incense line is amazing
Oh yes for sure!!

It smells like fresh celery to me, which I find strangely attractive
So the opening I didn't like at all, thought it smelled like wet paint! But then the dry down is beautiful. I get like a lemony clean vetiver.
I have a sample of zero and it’s so good. Just fresh and clean. Like good laundry soap with some woods.

We miss Dalia
Perhaps in the near future I'll have her and Dana on again. By the end of the year!! :)
Thank you! I'm intrigued now :)))

The Mandarin and the Patchouli are both great. the Iris is fine too but I love the other two! :)

Can this house be bought in a US retail store or online only?

It doesn't really feel like pot being smoked. To me it's more green before it's smoked! At least that's how it wears on me. :)
Thanks for sharing your video take care 😇
Thank you for stopping by! :)
Still waiting for the right chance to test CdG scents 😣
Oh hopefully soon you will! :)
@@ThePerfumeGuy hope so !!! Thank you for this review 🤩
try dot by cdg

I just got Tender Light. Have you tried it?
Mr. Parfume Guy you will probably like Radiant Mirage (with patchuli) - The Luxury Collection EL.
@@ThePerfumeGuy no but I'll check it out!
Dang no Rouge is fresh.. vegetal yes.. but incense is overwhelming 😁😆😆😅
Oh darn it’s more fresh for me. How different people experience fragrances!! 😀
