Hi, I have been going through your vlogs one by one. Being an Asian born overseas, your vlogs bring me endless pleasure and also a sense of regret of not knowing what my heritage is. I had a business in Shenzhen about 10 years ago and only concentrated on working and did not take the time to visit all these wonderful places that you have showcased. Please never stop filming your vlogs for I am sure they bring a lot of viewing pleasure to many people. And perhaps one day I will visit China again, not for business but as a full time tourist. Thank you Yen.
Your videos are always genuine, and your interactions with locals are always personable and interesting. Watching your videos make me feel like I am actually visiting those places. Thank you for showing me around!
Tofu is well known among the Chinese ethnic groups of people and every groups has their expertise in cooking tofu eg. Hakka Tofu. Hokkian Tofu, Teochew tofu and others. Yes, making good tofu depends solely on natural water source without that it is not possible to make it. In this video Yan has taken us to the remote rural areas where they have ample underground water source through wells collections. soybeans are the main ingredient source of making tofu , from the process it will have various downstream products produced eg. soya bean drinks, tofu skin, Tofu has many forms, from puffy tofu, silken, soft, firm etc. This video entails just a little about the Tofu. Actual process of making involved quite a lengthy durations which is not possible to show in video. Anyway at least Yan showed us the village that is known for making Tofu in China. Good work Yan.....!

In China, all the bigger streets have wide bicycle lanes. The smaller streets are mixed traffic often more bikes than cars. Many tourist attractions areas have bike lanes especially around the lakes or rivers.
People in small towns are almost always so open and welcoming. I think it's a natural human feature that metropolitan life spoils.
Because too many crimes in the cities, no more trust. In rural villages, everyone knows each other
That's because the high tensions and stress due to workload make people a more materialistic mindset.
There are plenty of scary and unpleasant small towns too. "Almost always" is a huge overestimation.

Two thumbs up for you.
Great vlog. 👏👏
I swear that China is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Kind regards and lots of love from México!
Fantastic culture. Thank you for showing us.😎
What a beautiful video!! i loved the old city and the lake area, the bycicle trail along the lake is fantastic, i feel like packing my backpack and going to Shiqing right now! That tofu curd, the tofu skin, the fried tofu, they all look amazing! 😍
This season of unseen China is so enjoyable. It makes me feel at home watching all of your places visited. It hasn’t been since Disney’s “Wonders of China” that I have enjoyed what many haven’t seen of China. While visiting Disney, visiting the exhibit was my favorite.
I like you channel and you showing the real face of chine to the world ..congratulations
Good job!
As a bicyclist, I am excited to see such a well constructed and maintained bike path, are these common all over this region?
yes。you forgot China had bikes?
In China, all the bigger streets have wide bicycle lanes. The smaller streets are mixed traffic often more bikes than cars. Many tourist attractions areas have bike lanes especially around the lakes or rivers.
