      Refined in the Furnace
      Psalm 66:10 & Isaiah 48:10
      For You, O God, tested us; You refined us like silver.
      And then, later on, God says,
      See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.
      One thing the Bible teaches very clearly is that God tests His people and the comparison that’s used many times in Scripture is that God tests us the same way as a silver refiner refines silver. In Bible times the way that a man did that was to place the silver in a metal container over the hottest possible fire and then, as the silver began to melt and bubble in the heat, the dross, the scum, the impurities would rise to the surface and he would skim them off as they rose up and he would go on skimming until there was no impurity left in the silver. And the test of that was that as he looked into the surface of the silver he could see his own face properly mirrored in the silver.
      So that’s how God tests us in the furnace of affliction. The hotter the furnace, the more the impurities are brought to the surface. And God graciously skims them off with His great heavenly skimmer. He goes on with that skimmer until He sees His own image reflected in our lives. And then He knows the process of refining is successful and He takes us out of the furnace. 🙏❤️🙌

    In all the exercises you have done, is your back straight with your tail bone tucked in or is it arched

      The tail bone is in the neutral position, I won't suggest to tucked in :)

    Hi bob do you treat any one after taking epidural injection for better recovery.i,m your subscriber & fan.my doctor two month before suggest me to take epidural injection but i,m not taking injection.my great problem is after doing exercise or taking physio therapy 15-20 days my promlem come back Again.

      I believe your issue is not gonna be resolve by injection. You need a plan to follow and challenge and build your back and your body. If you do get flare up every now and then that means, you don't trust your back and your body keep protecting you by tensing up and pain.

      thanks bob. I Have couda Equina compression for more than two month. Radiation goes two legs, hands and face. My disc prolapse in l4l5 in september 2022 but i,m well upto that time with only back pain but August 2023 when i took physio therapy than spread with my two legs first.. After that time when i take physio therapy or exercise than 15-20 days after my whole back inflammation with burn every time. This come back deteriorated my condition..my doctor suggest to take injection to block nerve root and than doing exercise.now i, m medicine depended and physio therapy.but my MRI medium disc prolapse. Please suggest me bob.

    Its been a year i have found i have a disc buldge at L5 S1 and now the pain is increased. havenot tried any of the exercises as i completely stopped it. I do walking for 45 min daily and cycling 30min thrice a week. Back pain is increased now mostly while changing the position and feel the pain it is going towards leg. I wanna try an exercises. I started gym yesteeday. What can i do and what i cannot ?

    4 monthl3 l4 l4 l5 diffuse disc bulging with indentation of thecal sac b/l traversing nerves neural foramina and exiting nurves apper intact sir I don't speak English and I and then don't understand English so please give me a solution I am Hindi understand sar
