Ima gonna suggest you par- boil them kneckbones for a good 1hr or so and then strain them and wash them off for cleaner tasting kneckbones.( look at all the crap that comes off them)..also use u some lawry seasoning and a bit of( Worcestershire and allegro),they can be found in the same isle..👍

The neckbones had enough salt for the entire dish that’s hella salt neckbones already get hella salty baby . Either way I trust this recipe and will try it out , my uncle just made this and I said …”sauerkraut???? On bones?!” I’ll try it soon

This is true, I don't use that much salt, at all..
