I'm telling you it's Sophia, you can tell she gives him peace in all possible ways, when a man has a woman like that by his side, he will becomes unstoppable

Or wanna be Matt Armstrong content now and clearly has no clue what he's doing. But yeah DDE content "sucks". Hey, Strad, the only thing that will be more beautiful than your completed Ferrari 812 is Sophia! Can't wait to finally watch a wedding video showing you two getting married. You and Sophia are a match made in car heaven!!! 🙏😍
As i watched him use the come-a-long at that painfully slow speed I thought to myself that it would be faster to drive to Harbor Freight and grab a 12v winch than it would to keep cranking on that thing, and the next morning the first stop is harbor freight. haha c'mon man! Being's you own a car hauler with no winch up front is crazy to me, and hey, maybe you would have remembered the water!! Love your stuff Strad, and I will admit, using the come-a-long for 12 hrs vs. having an insanely expensive car trailer or paying a company to haul your cars reminds us how humble you are and personally relatable. ✌
All that matters is you saving a whole lot of money not cutting up a perfectly and losing more money on it compared to repairing a crash damaged one. I'm fairly confident you'd still come out on top.
Got faith in ya bro! You'll really appreciate that car when you putting your own blood , sweat and tears into it.. I'm not a Harbor Freight dude, their stuff breaks.
Too fast, has one hand on a camera and one hand on the wheel. Sometimes, he takes both hands off to shift. It’s worse than texting. It dangerous and teaching kids it’s ok. Have someone else film when he is driving.
Love the second channel content James! If you are afraid of forgetting over time how to put the 812 back together, you could take a piece of paper and file everything with names next to the numbers, or (what I personally used to do), wake up and quiz yourself every day on what everything is and how it goes together. Idk just pinballing to try and help you out. Good luck on the rest of the rebuild!
8:44 I just noticed the brown grass patch in the middle might be getting too much water from all the sprinklers. The roots are shallow and gets standing water that doesn't absorb in the dirt. Check if you get a puddle in that area.
@@strad6742 I have a feeling he meant after you put the wench in, but yea lol. and also, you would just install a battery right next to it after you self-tapped into the floor to mount the wench temporarily, then later one build a box and properly mount the wench down the road, cuz you would've only needed like 2 bolts to hold the wench down with the car being minus an engine. But still more like 20-30 mins.

Some of the distances you guys have to drive to get places in the US boggles my mind! I went from the south coast of the UK to the north of england and back, and it took me around 8.5 hours and that was only like 450 miles round trip (if I went to the north of scotland it'd be about double, and that's still nothing in comparison)!
That might be further than Darwin to Adelaide on a nice road though I think Strad and Sophia should go from Sydney to Perth through the centre of Australia sure to be a challenge and hot.
Bro I just pulled the engine and transmission out of an 03 Chevy S10 and it was not the easiest thing to do. I can’t imagine the nightmare that car is going to be to put back together. But best of luck to you and I’ll be watching all the videos
Drove past you on my way home from Cali to MN I'm pretty sure. Love your content James, been following for at least 6 years now and I can't wait for whats to come!
Honestly for the future I would suggest buying a trailer. You might own the trailer in the video I don’t know. But buying a trailer and putting an automatic wench in the back of it. It might come in handy more than you think
We took a four hour drive to Chama, NM with our RV behind the truck just yesterday with winds constantly gusting to 55 directly from the side... The. Whole. Way. It was miserable and bad enough to where it felt as if the back right of the truck was starting to go light even ewith the weight on the hitch! And mind you, we're towing a pretty decent sized trailer that is well below the maximum for our F-150. Crazy experience! All that's not to mention a 23 car crash along I-25 that shut the entire road down for hours on end.
James, as you said at the end of the video, this may be your worst financial decision, & to be completely honest, I cringe inside watching these 812 rebuild videos knowing you gave up your white clean title 812 to get this one & calculating the costs of this project in my head, but I support you through these bad decisions & I'm rooting for you
