I've implemented all the variations in the theme to reflect it as close as possible to how it plays in the game. It was a bit of a challenge but I think I did pretty well with this. This is one of the best SF themes ever wow! Screw all the people saying this games songs are bad because it has a bunch of great songs and this is definitely one of them!
Thing is sf6 overall chose more subduded ost design, which is fine and all, but the problem is most of them feel really anemic, without a real hook. It wasnt executed that well. Most of them are missing something, and akumas theme in comparison to shin akuma perfectly encapsulates this. Asura fucks, especially when compared to Shura, hell shura wouldnt have to go nearly as hard as this, but it should have a bit more impact, a stronger melody, something the buildup leads to. Like most of sf6 ost.
@@Bleach_Drinker_7 considering this is the theme of SiRN Akuma, and the World Tour story involves a SiRN researcher asking you to gather data on Akuma for a copy-fighter project, not to mention if you fought SiRN Akuma with normal characters their win quotes specifically call out that there's something missing from this copy...seems fair to assume it's probably intentional, to reflect the clash between the old-fashioned warrior and the empowered-but-soulless copy SiRN created.

Imo that seemed intentional. Akuma + Technology has always been offputing since he is more old-fashioned. The modern guitar and more traditional flute represent the duality of a tech based Akuma pretty well in my opinion.
