Nothing is nicer than fresh mowed grass. So happy you got a riding mower. With as much grass as y’all have planted and all the rain y’all get right now, it will make mowing so much faster and safer since y’all have seen snakes. ❤❤❤❤

Hey a suggestion when the rabbits get really hot you can use old soda bottles and fill them with water and freeze them and put them in with a rabbit so the rabbits can lay up against them

She gets to see her kids and grandkids.. Wish I could do the same but my kids are big city folks all scattered around different states. thats why I watch you and others.. I live vicariously.

If you mix gas stabilizer (Sta-Bil) in your gas powered equipment, you won’t have the problems with your carburetors/fuel systems. You can buy different types for all of your equipment. It works in lawnmowers, Weedeater’s, chainsaws, side by side, motorcycle’s, four wheeler’s, generator’s, garden tillers and even vehicles that you might not use on a regular basis.

I don’t know how this couple in their early 30’s could sit in air conditioning and just watch. I learned a lot about people that summer & employment. Lilly is a joy like my puppy Archer! A tarp under the hutches to funnel droppings into a bucket helps if left on the ground its hard to keep clean and you end up with a maggot pile. Your grass clippings are a free way to cut feed costs. If you mulch in your chicken run it cuts down on the oder and they till it. Helps turn into compost for your garden for next year. Just clean out pens into garden after harvest and start mulching over add more mulch as needed for oder control.

Why, I worked in outdoor equipment for 30 YEARS!...😆 Keep the blade spindles as dry as possible so they won't rust. Blow the deck and spindles off with your air nozzle instead of the water hose, even underneath. Water is the mortal enemy of spindles. Also, if they have grease fittings, hit 'em about twice a season.

I made a rabbit hutch for my daughters' pet rabbits. We used it for 8 years. As we were in CT I had a two story section that could be completely sealed for winter. This meant a commitment to mucking out the wooden floor regularly. The hay covered floors ket the rabbits very warm even at -15 degrees f. They had fresh warm water twice a day as well as minerals, chews, etc. The other half or the cage was floored with hardware cloth and roofed with wood, tar paper and shingles. The sides were plywood sided with vinyl siding. Under the hardware cloth I put wooden pieces to act as tray runners. I would slide out the washing machine square tray to dump the doo and hose it down. This managed the barn duties really well. It kept the rabbits healthy for years
They loved laying out in the hutch in the southern sun but could escape it when they needed to into the solid plywood side. They most often would sleep in the plywood side at night or lounge in that side if the sun was too hot. I used j channel across the front as channels for two plywood sliding doors, so I could completely protect the rabbits from any bad storms. Hope this helps. Good luck.
