    Homemade Hamburger Helper Recipe:
    2 Tablespoons Butter
    1 yellows onion Diced
    3 clove garlic, Minced
    1 LBS ground beef
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    12 OZ egg noodles
    2 1/2 Cups beef broth
    1 tablespoon grainy mustard
    4 Dashes Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 cup sour cream
    2 Tablespoon heavy cream
    2 tablespoons chopped green onion
    STEP 1:
heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the ground chuck and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the meat, crumbling as you go, until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cook for about 30 seconds.
    STEP 2:
Add the noodles, broth, 1 cup hot water, the mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Give a big stir and bring to a simmer. Cover and allow everything to simmer, stirring occasionally and adding up to 1/2 cup more water if necessary, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened, about 12 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream and cook for 1 additional minute or until the pasta is tender.
    STEP 3:
Remove from the heat. Sprinkle over the green onions and serve directly from the pan.

Roxane, if you get in the pool and sit down, your pup will probably try to join you. It's worth a try while she's a pup. She may be one of those dogs that hate water, so if she doesn't get in when you're in there, she probably never will.

I used to turn it into a game for them, throwing their favourite toys in the pool, or if theyre food motivated more than toy motivated, treats into the pool for them to "fetch".got them used to the pool and water without forcing them but made it a fun experience for them too. Always seemed to work :) cooked cocktail sausages are a favourite for mine for treats and what i used for the pool, that and a squeaky tennis ball. They may want to put the other dogs "away" while they work on lilith training her with the pool, so she can do it at her pace and without distraction and then after that she will likely watch the big dogs and decide if its something she wants to participate in. Its possibly because shes so small and jumping in and out is daunting for her too, so perhaps a smaller container that doesnt have as tall sides just for her might help also. She will get ut eventually if shes going to be a water baby, but then again some dogs just dont like water or find it fun. X

Two hay farmers chatted with them and said they were concerned about the growth of their hay. Since you use it for your animals might stock up.

I love the cooking aspect, my mom fed us hamburger helper meals growing up, all varieties and tuna helper, brought back memories, I'm sure I'm not the only one that has noticed how small the the hamburger helper boxes have become, I now know why you make your own , less preservatives, and better quality and flavor, oddly the smaller boxes still require 1 pound hamburger but way less noodles, for an average family you would have to buy 2 boxes for proper portions, with Wyatt & Ant you have 2 men and yourself, that's why I'm stealing your recipe, I'm single again and leftovers taste better a day or 2 later! Thank you for triggering my memories! I want to cook now, you made my mouth water ! Please show more cooking as I have to fend for myself now and learn how to do it, thanks !!!

We had a door to close them up for the chickens safety at night plus our dogs watched out for them during the day and night ...... only the rabbits stayed caged . Our ducks were done just like the chickens .... that's one chore I didn't like was cleaning out the coop .lol

I love you guys. Roxane you are such a good cook, love your recipes. Yummy.
You both work so hard. Anthony you really did a great job in the house. Wyatt (spelling ?) is so adorable.
Even your chickens love you, never seen chickens jump on someone. Well, I’m from NY, maybe they do. But it’s so sweet.
May i make a suggestion? You have Roger rabbit on one end of the cage. Maybe it’s better in the middle? Both female bunnies will
get used to him and get to see him. The female on the opposite end doesn’t even see him.
    Your animals are so fortunate.
    God bless you🙏

You guys need one of those chicken catchers. It's a long metal pole with a wooden handle and a hook-like loop in the metal at the tip to snare a leg. My aunt and uncle had several of them on their farm when I was growing up. It doesn't hurt the chickens. You just use it to get their leg in the loop, which is only slightly wider than their legs, so they can't pull their feet out of it.

Hi Anthony and Rox. Im a fairly new subscriber from the UK. Me and my wife are currently catching up on your videos. I've just watched the episode with all the flooding where you were looking at how the road was washing out. I don't know if you have them in the USA but in the UK we regularly use "Gabions" to control erosion in difficult spots. They are basically wire cubes 3 foot or 4 foot square. You would use the backhoe to dig out the area. Put a cube in place, fill it it with rocks (small ones from the river are fine) then wire it shut. You can use as many as you need. If you need to stack them up just wire them together. If they don't sell them over there i'm sure you could make your own with some heavy duty mesh, like those cattle panels.
    Hope this helps
    Steve
