I was so hurt 13 years ago as people were pointing me that I have given birth to a disable child but Alhamdulillah today that disable child is able to memorise Quranic Surah Alhamdulillah ❤️❤️so never get disappoint by the will of Almighty ....he is great 😇 I invite you all to be part of his journey.

I reverted to islam 30+ years ago. I divorced my childrens father years ago and unfortunately he took them from me and kept them from me for almost 10 years. During this time, he told them many things untrue. I never stopped trying to keep connections with them. I returned years ago and the damage was done....They continue to choose their father above me in every way. My health is bad, but I do my best never to complain about this. My father hates islam, but I never show disrespect to him, I keep communication open with my parents and show tell them everyday how much I love them and appreciate them. I pray one day my children know just how much I love them. I dont want them to hare their father, I just want a little time with them. My children live less than 10 mins away from me....I know Allah has a plan! But I am human and it does hurt, I pray Allah guide them. I love you my children! JazakAllahKheir

What about a father who has abandoned me since I was born and what about a mother who doesn't accept me for becoming a Muslim? How can I earn the pleasure of Allah when I don't have a relationship with neither of my parents?
I feel that Islam is my final destination in life and I feel angry when I'm judged and being a called a lot of bad things because of my faith.
To save myself from expressing my anger, I have distanced myself from my mother because other wise I feel like my mental health will suffer.

If you are following Islam, you are going the Right way.

Anything that provides you displeasure and destroys your mental peace, deviates you from real purpose of life. Keep yourself away from it, shun it completely.
When its about parents, its tricky, we cannot shun them, but also, theres no point being close to them, if its causing more damage than bliss. Better you keep yourself distant or at bay. And try to keep a check, of whether shes alright or not...Rest you live your life in the cleaner better way possible. Bring peace within yourself, and bring it out to others around. Give some time, to uncontrollable aspects. In ShaAllah, everything will find the way.
The easiest door to Allah is to please your parents. It is time, don't forget to be kindest to your parents . May Allah allow us to be the coolness in our parents eyes and may we be the kindest to them and helpful .May Allah accept it from us. Aamiin

I can relate to your situation to some extent.
When things go really bad or rather worse in a family, it means Shaitaan is getting involved too. Its his process of breaking or weakening the ties the strong family ties.
Just focus and work upon yourself, work on your life, work on your Deen and Iman.
I realised, that instead of healing a regular pain on and on, or moaning over it, its better to keep the source of pain at a distance, a safer one. Try to keep yourself away and try to avoid any kind of involvement for a while, for a short period of time. Its not your parents that are vile towards you, Its the Shaitaan that has sown a seed, in their minds which they not know of. The more the arguments, the more the growth. The more Shaitaan's plan getting strong.
Keep Love Care, and Respect for your parents within, and find better chances to show these. Make yourself better in the course of time. Everything falls in place.

What happens when abuse is involved and child services ( I'm 16 turning 17 ) are also involved? I still make du'a, I still love my parents, I still appreciate all they've done for me, and when I'm older and financially able I will be willing to turn a blind eye on all the bad that has happened and care for them and honour them, I'll take care of them into old age directly or indirectly if they wish not to see me. It's been hard but I've really strive to keep that commandment of honouring my parents when I was Christian and now that I'm Muslim, they don't agree with my conversion/reversion but that's a matter between Allah and myself (at the core/heart)
Allah SWT tests who he wills, may he make it easy for you inshallah but stay steadfast on doing good because it will keep you positive and steady, when you become bitter though you maybe well in your rights to feel that way you will create a negative energy that will have no benefit to your life.(shaytaan)verily he is an open enemy to you
I know it's hard to forgive them. It's like something deep in our heart is heavy because what we have been through. I myself keep thinking about this. You wanna let go but don't know how. Keep praying Allah will answer your prayer. That one I never have any doubt to Him.

My mother was a angel in disguise as the saying goes .She would worry about the less fortunate .And my mother wouldnt turn away anybody that came looking for food or monies .As for my father he did a lot for charity .My father wrote books on islam as well as buid mosques in rural areas in pakistan and kashmir .My father woukd help the poor and needy by buying food for the housholds .As well as getting wells dug so that villages would benefit from water .Only if i could do half of what my folks did .Would make me proud .plz folk dint make the same mistakes that i made .My parents brought me up the best they could .I rebelled but then saw sense .plz make dua for my family.I recently lost 2 members of my family my cousin brother first then his wife 16 days apart frim the first dearh .

I feel so much struggle with this, I've always wanted to please my parents, even being raised as christian. But no matter what I do, it is never enough for them. I get good grades, I try to make them laugh by telling jokes, I stay out of trouble, I do almost everything they want, but I still get scolded and get put down all the time. I think I haven't been the best child to my parents. I hope they'll love me forever, I know I will. I am only 12 and my parents are in their 40's. As the youngest child of my parents I hope I please them the same way my older siblings did. I only hope my parents will live long happy lives!

My whole life I have lived with sickness. I was bullied and never got that chans to go to a kindergarten garden because they did not want a disabled child. But still I’m thankful. I have no questions regarding what Allah SWT had asked us to do but yes some parents just deliberately make life tormented for their children my mother in law being one of them .Be patient it is said , but ok one can be patient but what to do when one is burdened by a vile tongue that belongs to her that knows no bounds? Hatred and hatred grows each day with no end from my side .Be kind be generous? but should they not be gentle and deserving of love? Is it not a parents duty to unselfishly be loving and kind ? How is it just that one must put up when the others in the family are exempted?
Some parents are very abusive and sometimes makes life very difficult to their own children some even go far to use black magic on their children it's so sad but that's the reality nowadays, it's a hidden topic but it's there may Allah forgive all parents and the children
The whole point in life is to see how u do under pressure. If u are given parents who torment you you have to be patient if u want jannah do it. Tormenting parents are a test for u. Do properly in the test. Nd allah inshallah will give you jannah for ur patience. It shows the strength of iman
Still love them and behave as if nothing happend

Make dua for your mother .. don't give up. Alhamdulillah she is still with you and inshallah Allah will grant her the straight path. Allah is very merciful. So believe in the power of dua🤲💞💞
I know you should respect your mother but please don't do shirk Allah is with you on this, help your mother stay away from shirk as this is one of the biggest guna's you can commit
Asalam Alaykum, My mother became disabled mentally and physically when I was a young child. My mother loves me very much and I know it. But for a lot of times she always nit picks every small thing making me annoyed (for example, if the blankets not the bed are kind of messed up, and I mean only a little. She would make a big deal out of it) and that she always says exaggerating words that makes me feel unpleasant as I don’t think she should be praising me like this, (she says, my treasure, my silver, my gold, my lovely, and more cringe words). I watched Islamic reminders several times and tried to start over a new leaf and be kind to my mother, but for some reason I still feel unpleasant/uncomfortable/dislike being around my mother and talking to her or even hearing her. I know this is a great sin and I am trying to change, but I don’t know what to do. It’s hard for some reason. I want to go to Paradise but I don’t know how to change. Please help me

Rabbi habli milladunka zurriyatan tayyibatan innaka sameeud dua.
Rabbi laa tazarni fardan wa anta khair al wariseen

For the one who is afraid :
رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْوَهَّاب
Rabbana laa tuzigh qulubana ba'da iz hadaytana wa hablana milladunka rahmah innaka antal wahhab

Do you want shahada?say this Duaa:

Rabbana aamanna bima anzalta wa ittaba'nar rasula faktubna ma'ash shahideen

Overwhelmed by life's problems? Say this Duaa:
حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ
Hasbiyallahu laa ilaha illa hua alayhi tawakkaltu wa hua rabbul arshil azeem

If you want yourself and your children to be regular in their salaat:

If you want your spouse and children to be Khair for you :

Rabbana hablana min azwajina wa zurriyatina qurrata a'yunin wa ja'alna lil muttaqeena imama

A blessed home:
رَبِّ أَنْزِلْنِي مُنْزَلًا مُبَارَكًا وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الْمُنْزِلِين

Keep the shaitaan away from you:
رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ رَبِّ أَنْ يَحْضُرُونِ
Rabbi a'uzubika min hamazaatish shayadin wa a'uzubika rabbi an yahdurun

Afraid of the torment of the hell fire:
رَبَّنَا اصْرِفْ عَنَّا عَذَابَ جَهَنَّمَ إِنَّ عَذَابَهَا كَانَ غَرَامًا
Rabbanasrif anna azaaba jahannama inna azaabaha kaana gharama
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
If you are afraid Allah may not accept your good deeds:
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Rabbana takabbal minna innaka antas sameeul aleem
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
If you are sad, complain to none other than Allah:
إنما أَشْكُو بَثِّي وَحُزْنِي إِلَى اللَّه
Innama ashku bassi wa huzni ilalaah
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓

We were always said to be obedient of parents specially your mom. My religious husband left me and my two kids to obey and please his mother! She is dead now, I can not forgive her for the hardships they put me through. Although I saw her in a dream that she was giving me everything she brought from her trip to macca but even in a dream I was thinking: does she think I forgive her with those things. I asked god for forgiveness and many times I promised to God to forgive every one who hurt me, but I cannot forget the pain my mother in law and sister in-law put me through, and the every day suffering of my lil kid, who was born prematurely as the result of tortures. If god grant health to my lil baby, I am going to forgive them and wipe them out of my memory.
I definitely don't know the full story but maybe it's meant to be the other way round, if you choose to forgive and forget, God will give you and your child good health and much more

My biggest regret.was when i didn't know that my dad was facing terminal desease. I wished i give him the best love i could offer.. Give him the love that he deserves.
