- Today's video follows me along as I go out to a marketing event with our marketing coordinator. Get an inside look at one of our marketing events with different real estate agents where I'll be explaining the basics of a what home inspection is and answering some questions. Let's go check it out!
I create videos to help better inform home Inspectors, buyers, sellers, and realtors on how to find everyday problems with their houses/properties. I will also have guest speakers that work closely with the real estate trade.

Thanks for the great video
I appreciate all these you do , you guys are the Mack daddy’s of home inspections 😎
Aloha,
I'm a certified home inspector in Hawaii. I just wanted to say that I love your videos and I watch them all the time. Thank you for your knowledge and informing everybody about what we do. Keep up the great work!
Hanaro Zanshin thanks man, you should meet up with top notch home inspections.
Excellent!
TY
Very good video! Great work
Thanks, We are going to try to show different things our company does too.
@@AActionHomeInspectionHouston Really cool. Been working hard on getting certified through Internachi!
@@zachmills3396 Good place to start, most people have a slower start because they forget marketing is just as important as the inspection itself. We started with open houses and slowly made our way in to the market.
@@zachmills3396 Good luck with the process; sometimes it is long. Great Career to be in though.
So question for you. How do you offer construction inspection? Don’t you need to be a certified building inspector with the ICC to make code calls ? I’m currently a building inspector so this why I’m asking!
I'm really eager to get into this in Michigan. I wanted to know how long should I shadow before branching off on my own which is my end goal. And what is the average inspections done a year for a new up and coming home inspector? Love the channel I'm learning so much!! Thank you
We answered this on the most resent podcast. It will be out tomorrow
@@AActionHomeInspectionHouston Cool thank you will it be available through RUclips? I'm sorry I'm new to the channel.
@@adontaewoolridge6946 yes, I post it on RUclips, Apple podcast, and Spotify. I took a break during the pandemic. We started it back up this week.
@@AActionHomeInspectionHouston Thanks for letting me know definitely looking forward to watching it!!
I'm brand new to this.
I'm just starting to learn about them marketing side and I'm curious about presenting to realtors, don't they already know this stuff? I'm asking genuinely.
No, a lot of agents have very basic training. Most of it is in paper work. Simple facts like these help smooth the process for their clients.
@@AActionHomeInspectionHouston thank you.
Is a session like this something you need to be CE certified to hold?
Thanks! Please cut the background music while you are speaking, t’s very distracting.
Rich Berardi We improves our audio on the most recent videos. Thanks for the heads up.
Can a woman do this job? Also, I noticed that my state doesn’t require a license, but you need to be certified. How do you get hands on training once certified? Also, where do you buy the tools needed to use for inspections?
Hannah Townsley All good questions. Woman have start entering the trade a lot more recently. It is a male dominated industry but it shouldn’t stop you. You are by yourself most of the time. You want to be aware it is hot, you have to crawl in crawl spaces, go deep in to attics, climb steep roofs, and so on. I fail a lot on my channel on showing these things. If you are cool with stuff like that, come on and join us.
To get certified there is a few national organizations that is recognized: ASHI, INTERNACHI, and AHIT. Those are good ones to start looking in to. For the tools I have made a list. www.homeinspectionwhisperer.com/copy-of-home-inspection-tool-list
Good luck
A-Action Home Inspection Houston yea I noticed that inspectors are using drones now for tough areas.
Thank you, I need your help please.
What do you need?
@@AActionHomeInspectionHouston Help. He needs help. Not anything in specific. Just help. lol
Do you guys work 7 days a week? And how many hours
In our company we work 5 days a week with the option of 6 if you want to. With drive time the work days last for about 8 to 10 hours
Hey Chris, can I open a company in California under you??
Or maybe be part of your business team??
So you can be sort of the Grandfather of this entity??
I am willing to pay, I carry the C10/C61,D34 and the B General Contractor license here in California.
Your Home inspection company infrastructure looks great, solid very complete.
You should open more companies in every state by training General contractors like me.
Thank you Brother.
Angel Torres we are actually working on a software to make this happen. I believe this is possible. Just not with our current report writing and Crm. Thank you for asking. This will just make us work harder in that direction.
Where did you train
Jason Wenzel we go to agent offices. We are in the process of setting up a school.
@@AActionHomeInspectionHouston where did you personally go to get your training
Jason Wenzel for my license?
@whizz1der I took my training through RETS. That now have a different owner. I would recommend for Champions. They seem pretty organized.
Be professional. Lose the sunglasses.
Bo Darville just curious, why do you think it is unprofessional?
It makes you look like you've got something to hide? Haha keep up the good work man
