Just watched this and I noticed a vent pipe boot on the roof that had no pipe protruding from the roof. Around 12:10

As soon as you started, I thought, "That's a flip. Run away."
I don't care what you find, flips are nightmares, because flippers are soulless get-rich-quick jerks who know nothing about the trades.

What do you do when you buy the house and the first week you find many many things the inspector didn’t even mention?

This is a tough situation. It depends on the severity of the items. Inspectors are not there to point out every little things. We are primarily there to find the major items. The items that will cost you 1000s. It is common practices to point out as much as we can to minimize complaints but the question is; Did the inspector find all the major issues?

No perfect homes ever , at one point the homeowner or should I say the new homeowner Hass to take the responsibility that owning a home is not hands-free 😢
There are always going to be little incidental items that are always going to appear. It’s not buyers remorse. However, your prince may turn out to be a frog. This being said first thing you pay attention to do you have the correct amount of smoke alarms, and carbon monoxide detectors First thing you approach number two water is your enemy water will cause your home to decay and rot prematurely cause an attraction for wood destroying organisms, pay attention to your electrical hire a licensed, qualified, reputable electrician to really go over your house. Thoroughly many homes throughout the years have had their friends and relatives who are Handyman to do repairs, which turned out to be incorrect, and even to the point of being dangerous, have whatever heating and air-conditioning system type of system that you have inspected which many companies will do for free and get a service contract with them.
Hint, hint, hint, hint, and more hence your local utility companies sometimes offer one of the best insurance policies service contracts you could ever get so whatever state you live you might want to check with utility company and find out if they have, an appliance warranty or insurance company that you pay for monthly on your utility bill. This may save you tons of money but also to get your systems up and running and it very reasonable amount of time. They also offer warrantees for year dryers and washing machines sometimes depends what and your, hot water heater depends upon what part of the nation you live in get your roof inspected but really a maintenance program
You could have a good roofer come in every two years and spend a couple hundred dollars for maintenance program
Again, your house is not maintenance free please please please put an establish a separate checking account for future home repairs recommend it would be to put in anywhere from 150 to $200 a month into a checking, count for repairs or emergencies
Learn as much as you can about termites most home inspections are visual inspections, which doesn’t allow the inspector to disassemble anything there may be termites in your home that even a good technician would not be able to find hiring. A termite company for treatment is not a cure all as there may be significant damage that is hidden because it’s in between walls or covered or Tucktaway, or underneath the crawlspace , that is usually a consealed another point your roofer might be qualified to check your chimney if not, however, from that would be from the exterior, but checking your chimney on the interior making sure there is no cold monoxide leaks coming into your home is something you can get a HVAC or boiler technician to examine
Additionally, heating systems, both a central air or a boiler could could develop a cold monoxide scenario and leaks and cracks within your boiler HVAC system, which is extremely dangerous to you and your family call the heat exchanger and sometimes they will develop a hairline crack. remember I told you about the utility company they might be able to do maintenance and services but if you have a crack in your heat exchanger you might have to get a complete replacement of your heating system
However, there are times we are families don’t know the signs of called monoxide poisoning or exposure. Shuffle might be you have a runny nose your pupils can become dilated you feel nausea a slight headache or a big headache but here’s a big butt again but another big butt if you notice you feel better. What are your symptoms go away when you’re at work or school that might be an indicator. You have a cold monoxide leak in your home and now they are getting fresh air and your systems getting cleaned out you start to feel better 🎉 even if you don’t have a contract with your utility company. Sometimes they will check and monitor your heating devices to make sure you’re not getting cold monoxide exposure your electrician will be able to tell you the required location of called monoxide detectors. If you feel any of your symptoms, get you and your family out of the house immediately and call the fire department and or a technician to evaluate to make sure you’re home safe before you and your family and loved ones re-enter the building. I hope some of this is helped, the rest of the home which there are hundreds of components at one point might give you a problem and just be prepared. If you can handle it yourself or get in don’t ever forget of putting money into a separate checking account for a future repair they’re going to happen.
