I think you asked for it before but we never filmed it For this reason I apologise I can give you the recipe now and promise to make it one day. It’s really easy to make 900g to 1 kg of pumpkin ( peeled and cut ) 2 tbsps of butter 1/2 cup of sugar Dash of salt 1 tsp of cinnamon 1 cup of water Caramelise thé sugar in a saucepan then add the pumpkin pieces with the rest of ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes or until it’s all cooked Put the rest of water left in the pumpkin into a cup and fill the rest of the cup with milk For the sweet bechamel sauce 2 cups of liquid ( 1 milk and the other cup with the pumpkin water and milk ) 3 tbsps of butter 3 tbsps of flour Fry the flour in butter then add the liquid with the whisk and keep stirring until it thickens and just start to bubble Put the pumpkin mixture after mashing it in a baking plate then pour the sauce on top and bake in hot oven at 200 c for 30 minutes or until it’s browned from the top You can also add some chopped walnuts to the mixture Enjoy
