I’ve had some folks warn me away from Peaks, saying they have a lot of maintenance issues. Has this been your experience at Sunergos? Or do you think regular cleanings like this make a big difference?

I use this machine here in my job and would like to know if its posible to automate the dosis that is grounded each time.

Yes! Well, with this grinder you can set the grind time, and according to how coarse or fine the grind is determines how much coffee is dosed. There's some newer technology out there that will weigh the dose each time.

Hello was hoping you could help me out, I’ve just followed this cleaning process however upon putting it all back together I have come across an error message on the panel stating ‘OPEN !’ is there any advice you could give? Many thanks

What's the difference between the top "on dial" & the bottom "on dial" on the back of the grinder?

I needed to get the gunk out of mine and tried following these steps. It seemed to go ok, but now I get nothing but really coarse gravel from the grinder even all the way down at 0 (fine). Anyone have any idea where I've gone wrong? 😢

Quick question. Why go into the burrs like this instead of using Grindz? MK says that you should not have to open up the burrs and that Grindz is the only thin you should use.

Jesse Nobles The grindz don’t deep clean as much as the manual cleaning way

Thats good to know. Its strange that they dont want you to clean it the manual way. I was told that I should never have to open it. oh well, there are changes at MK happening.
      thanks for the reply.@@ayandamatomela8905

I am not a proffessional barista, but I do work in a coffee shop.
Since you make high quality tutorioals I suggest you make one on celaning the esspresso machine - how much coffee cleaner is used, what kind of cleaner to use and so on. I don't know how it's "out there", but where I live there is a persistant "theory" (suggested by many bar owners and some of the workers) that cleaning everyday with such cleaner does harm to the machine and the overall taste of coffee.

This is a great suggestion! Sounds like we should start planning :)
