Does anyone know how to add accent marks for spanish in Outlook Web Access? I can create a document in Work and copy/paste it into my email but I'd rather create the accent mark directly within the web app.

If you have Exchange or Microsoft 365 Exchange online then it is built in. Just use your domain followed by the /owa.

How to recover this mail when it losted

Not sure about if its lost as opposed to deleted. Sometimes databases need to be restored from backup.

For the most users (from the telephone) the OWA is not useful. Even the normal Outlook has a technical problem and we send the ticket to Level 2. The most users must send invitations for a new Skype Meeting (New Skype meeting button) or checking the calendar of the chef (shared calendar).
