Even if we advance in the HS, watching quality postures again and again helps

Awesome content! You explain and show really well. And i learnt many new things. You have potential to be a great youtuber, i do think you need a little more muscle just my opinion. Its all up to you of course.

I've been trying a middle of the room handstand. Have done back to the wall, face to the wall variations but still struggle to find my balance when there's no wall. How do I fix it? It's really frustrating. I've been practicing since 6-8 months now.

vikram murthy don't worry bro! Was just like you! But as soon as I reached 12 months magic happened and my handstand greatly improved. I can even do straight-arm and bent arm presshandstand now..something I never expected to be possible. It's just a matter of time. TIME.

Andrew Ngure straight arm and bent arm?? wow that's brilliant! I can do a straddle press up against the wall but as I said I really wanna get rid of the reliance on the wall. Guess I'll just have to motor along and eventually I'll get there. Thanks for your reassurance.

Haha. You will get comfortable being upside down after practicing. It feels unusual at first.
