@@LiftYourselfFitness This is one of the best explanations of how to prepare for a handstand. Your great work deserves, more recognition. I wish you the very best.
Almost perfect tutorial, bro. It's really helping with my progression, I've been stuck on this skill for a couple months now. Extra ups for the Berserk tat ;). Keep it up!
Awesome content! You explain and show really well. And i learnt many new things. You have potential to be a great youtuber, i do think you need a little more muscle just my opinion. Its all up to you of course.
I've been trying a middle of the room handstand. Have done back to the wall, face to the wall variations but still struggle to find my balance when there's no wall. How do I fix it? It's really frustrating. I've been practicing since 6-8 months now.
vikram murthy don't worry bro! Was just like you! But as soon as I reached 12 months magic happened and my handstand greatly improved. I can even do straight-arm and bent arm presshandstand now..something I never expected to be possible. It's just a matter of time. TIME.
Andrew Ngure straight arm and bent arm?? wow that's brilliant! I can do a straddle press up against the wall but as I said I really wanna get rid of the reliance on the wall. Guess I'll just have to motor along and eventually I'll get there. Thanks for your reassurance.
One of the greatest handstand tutorial out there I really wish I had found this when I started my handstand coz it would have really helped me
Thank you very much, I really appreciate that.
Lovin the advice about using the fingers for balance
They play an important role! Happy training, my friend! Cheers!
Yes! My favorite guy on YT right now. Even I am more intermediate in HS, I am sure that is helpful.

Day 3 of learning handstands against a wall, I held my leg up for about a few secs I was bothered I won't be able to come down😂😂
Haha. You will get comfortable being upside down after practicing. It feels unusual at first.
look at those callused hands.... worker bee, my kinda of guy.
It's like a natural exfoliator for washing your face x)
