Experienced the same thing. Major snow strom over Lizard Head, pulled into Tohelluride about 3pm. Later friends n I walked town town and big fluffy flakes all around. Next morning everything was buried under 5 feet of fluffy snow. Absolutely magical. But deadly for road warriors.

I have a dedicated run to Denver that puts me through MO and the last few weeks my back haul has put me right back through. You dont get much of a feel for the state on 70, this is cool. PS, I hate the prompts, it's so hard to get a person anymore. Be safe

It's interesting to listen to truck drivers talk about the breaks and lunch times they get. How important it is to them. Driving in the military. We had none. In the early 90s, when I drove truck. We had none. We didn't care. Not like today. It's a must. I drove truck on double logs. The company I drove for didn't believe in weekends and off time. Grain and flatbed. My dad and brother drove for worse companies back then. When my dad drove. They called him supper Joe. That's how fast he got his loads to their destination. We all three had zero accidents. We got just speeding tickets. I had one overweight ticket. No scales at a farm. It is really interesting today that the break times are really important to the drivers.

In Oz where I am, we pay $1.99.9 for a litre of fuel. I believe there are 3.75 litres to a gallon and then I think we are only half the value of your dollar. So what is the comparison in price? I keep thinking your fuel is cheap. Someone want to enlighten me?
