Nope, it makes absolutely no difference. The literal difference is just the features and the jars. All the motors are the same. The difference is the extra settings.

I just purchased the A3500 from Best Buy waited for shipping and all spent about 1 grand for everything because I got the food processor and other stuff with it and as I unpackaged the blender right away something wasn’t right about it, I noticed little specks of dust then to my surprise chippings on the bottom of the base of the blender, it was just so uncalled for the box and packaging everything like new except the blender itself. 😫🥺
I really love my Vitamix 750 and I'm glad I bought it. I did a LOT of research and watched a lot of videos before and after making the investment. There are a lot of videos out there comparing Vitamix to other blenders and the ones that rate Vitamix poorly don't do side by side tests fairly. I've had a few blenders and the Vitamix is THE BEST one I've ever had. This video is one of the best I've ever seen that gives good, honest information about the Vitamix blenders. If you think Vitamix is expensive, go ahead and buy something else, you get what you paid for. Just keep in mind that there is very good reason why many many other blenders are compared to Vitamix.
Your calm soothing voice is hypnotizing me info buying a second Vitamix to accompany my disappointing "Creations II" model with the 64 oz container. Although it still makes decent smoothies, it seems underpowered and is still noisy as all get out (I wear hearing protection when using)! Plus, it overheats on occasion for mysterious reasons. I always have "overheating anxiety". I've had it for about 16 months and have used it over 300 times.
@@bhumane8642 Hi. That's the same sale price I got, but it came with the tall 64 oz container which I wanted. But the low profile 48 oz might be fine for you. It's really hard to recommend "the best Vitamix". In theory, they all have very similar, if not identical, blending performance (as measured by the smoothness of the final result), and the ability to make nut butters which means it has a powerful enough motor. The cheaper models are "no frills" and the more expensive ones layer on various other features, like a pulse switch, "programs" and self-detect technology (which requires special blender jars). The more expensive ones are also said to be more quite, though all of them are still quite loud. Some love the Creations II blender they bought, but I don't. Still seems like it's the low end of the quality scale. That said, it's still going strong. Good luck deciding!

Keep your eyes peeled for deals and sales. The Vitamix Propel 510 was going for $150 brand new on Woot’s storefront during cyber Monday. $150 for a new vitamix is just an absolute insane deal. For a high end brand thats cheaper than the best version of ninja? Don’t even think about it, just get it.
I’m still using my pro 750 that I bought in 2016. I have all the containers/attachements so switching is a bit of an investment. However I’m debating if I should just get the a3500 or wait until this one dies or they come out with something new. Thoughts? Get the new one? I keep hearing the smart detect is glitchy and hard to work with. I’d just get the silver SS a3500. My Pro 750 heritage has the true metal base. Is the a3500 stainless steel a true metal base or plastic with a plate of SS?

Lately I've been using the Dry Container on my vintage model 5000 TNC to grind wheat berries into flour for pizza dough, and wheat bread. Vitamix just isn't for smoothies😊
@LINY Lenny, I emailed you a breadmachine recipe I did earlier this week. I substituted in a cup of wheat flour for one of the three cups of bread flour. Instead of sugar I use honey for a sweetener. I also add a teaspoon of instant potato flakes which helps the bread stay moist. I mixed everything in the dry container but found I still had to knead it by hand a little to make a nice dough ball. It turned out a nice flavorful sandwich loaf. Hope you guy's enjoy this and have a great weekend.
I got the E310, don´t need the technical extra "Schnick-Schnack" as we Germans say. I love it! Used to have another expensive one from another brand which was still much louder, and then a cheap one, which was life-threatening... However, the lid of my E310 is driving me nuts. It´s so hard to put on and take off! I´ve read comments about this problem from other users as well. Any idea how I can save this problem apart from putting it into hot water before usage? I paid EUR 500,00 for mine, this should not be a problem at this price. Stil happy I got mine though and I don´t regret it. Thank you for your work, very useful and nice to watch! I love being inspired since I´m still quite new to the game here.
@@kellyp5454 Hi Kelly, I blought mine on Amazon Germany for EUR 498,00. I am still very happy with it and there is not a single day that goes by that I wouldn´t use it. I always put a tiny bit of oil onto the rim of the lid, so it´s very easy to close and I solved that problem as well. 500 bucks is a lot of money, but up til now I think it´s well worth it.
I just purchased the A3300 and am trying to download the app. It is telling me the app was made for an older version of android. My phone is 5 years too old.
Oh hello. Haven’t watched your videos for a while …. due to disillusionment..lols. I listened to you and bought a Vitamix 3500 about 3 yrs ago and it has already been returned for ‘repairs’ twice. You know the dreaded E42 error code. And I use it sparingly .. probably once every 4 days. Not good. Worst thing is they don’t tell you what went wrong so we know what to look out for.
Im researching which is best for me at a lower price. One video i watched said one of the types left some chunks in nut butter. You say they all have the same blending power, so was the other video not blending properly? Will the Creations II, with 48oz, from QVC do a good job?
Way in the beginning, I was one of that 2%. Lenny recommended the V1200 for what I was doing--salad dressings, chopping, blending (talked me DOWN from the A3500). But, I didn't listen right away--I got the A3500 due to the "quieter." The A3500 didn't work. I was about to be sad but Victoria at Vitamix helped troubleshoot and told me to send it back. Simple! And, Lenny's recommendation was spot on. I have a reconditioned V1200 and can't hear the volume difference. We just had to get used to this class of blender--it's louder than blenders that don't blend. I use my V1200 every day and like it better than the A3500, which I've used while traveling. Instead of being disappointed in being one of the 2%, Vitamix made me a real fan--I learned even more about the product and spoke to amazing staff. I put it on my "companies to get excited about" list:)

Buy a Ninja, them spend vitamix money on it every time you have to replace parts. I have to replace the blade assembly every 3 months on my ninja because the bearings seize or melt. Two different models, same problem.
My most recent Vitamix, the start/stop knob broke after about a year.. previously I got a lot of value out of my very first Vitamix, cuz at the time they first came out they were quieter and smelled better than any other blender on the market.. but a warning to consumers.. Every Vitamix i've had ... had to be sent back. Yes they were giving a 7 year warrenty but they weren't honoring it properly.. Their customer service SUCKS... The lady at the top of that repair chain is horrific, they failed to replace the motor in mine and sent it back twice without properly fixing it. (mine would not run on low so they eventually just decided to turn the entire speed down on my blender, so that there was no longer a really fast high speed but the other speeds were all slower, thus creating a "slow" blend speed..) I was not impressed. Also after your motor burns out a couple times, they will just tell you NOT TO RUN IT ON LOW, for more than a second or 2. That is their solution to their customers who have motors that over heat and burn out. I told them yes but I don't want to overheat my drinks, they don't care about that, their only concern is that i use the volume/speed knob in a manner that prevents the MOTOR from heating up... (since they didn't design the motor in a way for us to actually USE the thing on a low speed without having to then send the machine back for repairs..) What is the point of having a speed knob if they are going to tell you not to actually use it (for more than a second..) Also their models with BLUE lights are really annoying in any conditions other than very bright lights. We don't need that. White/Blue light toxicity is already rampant from 15 other sources (computers, phones, car headlights, etc.), no need for a freaking blue light on the vitamix too. The ones they made 20 years ago were better at least they had no blue lights... Last thing.. I wish someone (ANYONE) would make something like a Vitamix, but BIGGER.. Someone needs to make a bigger blender. like double the size (96 oz or 128 oz) would be nice..

Don’t buy a food processor attachment for vitamix. Its too new of a product and isn’t that good at what it does. Buy things its designed for. A blender is a blender, and a food processor is a food processor
Yeah, just had to return mine (recalled) & am completely confused…and considering more. Got one of the first ones, loved it for years & gave it to my sister as a gift. (She didn’t use it, my regrets). So I got another…lost it in a hurricane…they came out with a new one, got that & now have been faced getting another. So once this is got, I’m hoping to never EVER have to get one again! I’m happy with it in my life! I’m less happy & really do miss it without. Thanks for your advise…keep it simple. Get what I need. Stop worrying about it. Done.

I've had 7500 for almost 20 years. No problems at all! Have sep bowl for grains and also cup attachment. Don't want anything techy. 😅

(since they didn't design the motor in a way for us to actually USE the thing on a low speed without having to then send the machine back for repairs..) What is the point of having a speed knob if they are going to tell you not to actually use it (for more than a second..) Also their models with BLUE lights are really annoying in any conditions other than very bright lights. We don't need that. White/Blue light toxicity is already rampant from 15 other sources (computers, phones, car headlights, etc.), no need for a freaking blue light on the vitamix too. The ones they made 20 years ago were better at least they had no blue lights... Last thing.. I wish someone (ANYONE) would make something like a Vitamix, but BIGGER.. Someone needs to make a bigger blender. like double the size (96 oz or 128 oz) would be nice..

Don’t buy a food processor attachment for vitamix. Its too new of a product and isn’t that good at what it does.
Buy things its designed for. A blender is a blender, and a food processor is a food processor
Buy the one you can afford. It is a work horse no matter which model
Yeah, just had to return mine (recalled) & am completely confused…and considering more. Got one of the first ones, loved it for years & gave it to my sister as a gift. (She didn’t use it, my regrets). So I got another…lost it in a hurricane…they came out with a new one, got that & now have been faced getting another. So once this is got, I’m hoping to never EVER have to get one again! I’m happy with it in my life! I’m less happy & really do miss it without. Thanks for your advise…keep it simple. Get what I need. Stop worrying about it. Done.
