Thanks, unrelated super set is what I am doing in a long round of chest, lats and legs. resting a lot between each muscle group set and actually resting 90-120 seconds even between unrelated muscle sets to catch my breath and feel ready to take on the exercise (46 years old beginner). what do you think of those extra long resting? I mean does it hurt hypertrophy to rest that long between same muscle sets?
