Does the 8.0 battery work with any of Milwaukee's previously bought tools? My son loves everything Milwaukee... And I want to know if this battery will work with his other tools?
Id highly recommend the m12 stapler. I use it all the time no more wearing wrist out. Very powerful and ive dropped from an extension ladder and o didnt do any damage
This is the best deal you’ll ever get on packout. 150 off 400 is effectively a 37.5% discount. And a lot of things are eligible that are inexpensive, making it easy to sneak up on that number. Plus a lot of the new stuff like the structured tote. I picked that up along with some drawers and am loving them.
Addendum. Just got back from Home Despot. I got the two M18 battery and charger set, and the saw was free - $199, $215 and change after taxes. It was an M18 6 1/2" circular saw, model 2630-20. I'm gonna miss that old worm drive saw but absolutely needed this set.
I have white nail polish I use to make the invisible stamped numbers on my sockets more readable. It holds up quite well, but they aren't as readable as those Milwaukee sockets. I also have the m12 cutoff tool, but I have upgraded to the 20v Dewalt version, and like that MUCH more.
Hey Jeff, FYI that Milwaukee Packout 6-port rapid charger does support simultaneous rapid charging...but only 2 at a time...still a great timesaver if charging multiple batteries overnight
If you get the 2 m18 5ah batteries and a free tool here is my math; Call the tool $100, so you get 10ah worth of batteries for $100. That's $10/ah, the gold standard for a great deal on batteries.
The soldering iron is pretty good. I did a lot of Rc soldering at my old job and I used it a good amount. It recently stopped working though, it’ll turn on and then just turn off. Might have passed my warranty though unfortunately
Thank You for the great Sunday evening refresher on the start of Home Depot Black Friday 2024 deals Jeff! Up in these parts Home Depot seems to have about the best of shipping operations too. Looking forward to any updates you may come across along the way! -Bob...
@jeffostroff do so it heats up quickly and when u shut it off it does take a while to cool down so if u need to use it again say 5 min later it don't take long to get hot. The tips r nice n long I just wish they came with more tips so I could do plastic welding. Over all a 10. I got mine brand new on ebay for 65.
Of course bro! Massive score $499 for dewalt 735X the one everyone likes on Acme Tools. acmetools.pxf.io/QjPEb3 Use code DEWLT100 at checkout for another $100 off.
These ar ethe deals, but on Black Friday morning there are usually door buster deals, like a ladder, large Ridgid shop vacs, and maybe a free stand with a miter saw purchase
My ancient worm drive saw died today (and popped the breaker in the process.) You betcha I clicked on this FAST. Does the circular saw come with a charger? I'll find out tomorrow morning before I get to the office. :)
Pretty soon you will just hook a motor cycle battery to your tools. Just stupid. I would rather have a cord with unlimited power and a generator when needed, instead of multiple different sized batteries and chargers. I am an old guy though just not in touch with technology anymore. Makita has the overall best line of corded and cordless tools for the value. No contest!
For $199 you can buy a 12v 100Ah lithium battery, so we know the "sale" price on the Milwaukee batteries is a huge ripoff. And they're not the only company playing that game.
Those $199 batteries you speak of are those cheap Chinese lifepo4 with cheap bms that discharge at 1-2C max. There are tons of 3rd party milwaukee knock-off batteries from Amazon & ebay if you think the genuine batteries are a ripoff.
@@wmars4655 it really is though. I have primarily dewalt, but knockoff batteries have been tested over and over again on RUclips, and they tend to not stack up. Some are definitely a great value, but if you want maximum performance, a real milwaukee battery is the way to go. They use premium Lithium cells and battery management systems that protect both the battery and the tool.

I'm buying an entire new tool set for my new job (finally changing from Makita, my lifelong commitment is gone). Probably going Milwaukee now.

Toys for all the boys 😊😊😊

Thanks Emile, good to know

I believe the super charger with battery online has 2 batteries for 349.
Come on down to my Home Depot in Worcester, MA! I'm up to my eyeballs in Milwaukee, we got them heated jackets too.
The soldering iron is pretty good. I did a lot of Rc soldering at my old job and I used it a good amount. It recently stopped working though, it’ll turn on and then just turn off. Might have passed my warranty though unfortunately
Thanks Jeff

Want to know how I charge two batteries simultaneously?
I use two chargers.
I have several chargers from when I got a tool that came with it.
Duh!
Thank you Jeff! Did you see any planers on sale or part of the buy something and get an additional

That time of yr again
If they’re shipping into Philippines 🇵🇭?
I have the m12 hammer drill should I upgrade to the m18
If the M12 is doing the job for you then you might not need to update to the M18
How come I never see and sales on the pex expander tool battery operated
are these going to be the actual black friday deals or should we still hold out for the day of?
These ar ethe deals, but on Black Friday morning there are usually door buster deals, like a ladder, large Ridgid shop vacs, and maybe a free stand with a miter saw purchase
Looking for M18 grease gun special if you see one Jeff.
Never seen a deal on the M18, but the M12 version has a $189 deal right now and they throw in a free battery: homedepot.sjv.io/qzDo4j
My Home Depot don’t have any of this deals
I usually tell people to just order online through the links in the description, a lot easier
Pretty soon you will just hook a motorcycle battery to your tools. :o
Milwaukee plus deals equals bargains
Is the hammer drill a good deal I’ve had my eye on it can someone confirm
Anytime there is a bogo involved it is a good deal
@ I have the m12 version but I had my eye on the hard case hammer drill
When are we going to see some good deals on the mechanic's tools?
Look at my full store videos form last week, both Home Depot has husky 200+ set for $99 and Lowes has craftsman 200+ set for $99
I’m definitely not going to be running in to grab any of those “deals”.
Vote ❤
My ancient worm drive saw died today (and popped the breaker in the process.) You betcha I clicked on this FAST. Does the circular saw come with a charger? I'll find out tomorrow morning before I get to the office. :)
For $250 you can get the new 7-1/4 circular saw that just came out with the 8.0 forge battery that just came out. No charger and it's not worm drive.
1st
Wow you did it again!

What's with the strange mummered voice in the background? Sounds like cousin It.
it's an artifact of the AI tools used eliminate background noise at the store the make my voice more discernable
I am not impressed

@CL-nj3zs Yep its totally different battery technology size shape quality. must be a youngsta.
