Cleaning out an old beehive

My uncles from Salinas came to help harvest some more honey today. After opening up the hives, We cleaned out a few old frames filled with wax from past honey harvests and from beehives that have died. They’re scraping off the beeswax from some frames that are covered in wax moth larvae because I left unattended too long. Wax moth larvae don’t like sunlight so we laid the wax out for them to die.
