I would have installed butyl mats under the carpet to help with temperature control and sound insulation. You do nice neat work. I want an Acty but the Dept. of Domestic Tranquility says, "No, you don't need that."
Have you thought of installing a couple (LED upgraded) OE Honda Trunk Lights in the Engine Bay for Illumination? The ones with a switch, so you don't kill your Battery. PS, this is coming along VERY NICELY!
u could try taking ur stock engine cover and bolting all 4 corners onto square frame. then beat the bottom side with a body hammer to get ur clearance cause it doesnt seem u need much room.
