Honestly you could make a much worse charm build, but still a great video. Example worse charm build: Quick focus for 3, deep focus for 4, shape of unn for 2, spore shroom for 1, overcharm for Joni’s blessing.
I think this build was actually harder. The build you mentioned would only have the defect of no healing, but it has the advantage of an extra hit of health. In the build Masker used, the little bugs would ruin boss staggers and stop his healing, so... about even.

I like how the build doesn’t have the worst charms in it, yet it’s still the worst build. An example is flukenest, if a pro knows how to use it (I’m guessing masker can take advantage of it pretty well) it will be able to shred lots of bosses, but since defenders crest gets added, it makes flukenest a lot worse

4 charm for what:heal two masks but two times slower. So, you can't heal at bosses, because usually bosses don't have long break between attacks.You pay 4 charms for worse healing, which only useful in white palace.
That may be the worst charm build with overcharming but what about not overcharming? You only have like 1 hit anyways. It's like going through the game almost radiant.
