Yeah I most definitely could not do that I mean I'm 6 ft 6 in about 280 but I haven't lifted in years I was just not sure if they were trying to make it more difficult by adding weight or get the assist from the weight pulling in the center I'm not the sharpest crayon

@@hackelord you are wrong body builder has strong muscles but not necesarily strong tendons and strong wrists. most bodybuilders will not move 80kg gold not to mention 100kg gold
