Also i would like to see a Mastering video? its the bit i struggle with most as well as video on leveling as in how loud my vocals should be to the beat

i don't know if you've heard of a group called Stray Kids, They have such clean, scrisp vocals and I don't know how to achieve this, if you help with this that would be amazing.
I usually turn my chain on in the middle of my mixing process once I finish mixing the instrumental or vocals and then depending on how my mix bus is handling the mix I will then adjust everything under the hood accordingly. That's just my workflow
Noted, just really tryna educate the philosophies so people get a real understanding of the tools so it does take some time to get the point across. But I appreciate the feedback and that's something I could improve in the near future! Thank you for watching 🙏
Yeah so the way I like to do it is just route all my vocals to the same bus just to keep all the vocals sounding cohesive together. I'll only use different busses for the vocals if they just completely have a different sound or I'm working with multiple different artists

Hey man are you mixing into your mastering chain? Or do you mix with nothing on the master?
I usually turn my chain on in the middle of my mixing process once I finish mixing the instrumental or vocals and then depending on how my mix bus is handling the mix I will then adjust everything under the hood accordingly. That's just my workflow

I like your videos. Just a lot of talking and video editing/scene switching. I was 9 minutes in before I heard any music editing

20:08 are you routing the output of your doubles to your lead vox bus? Or is it just a bus for all your vocals in general?
Yeah so the way I like to do it is just route all my vocals to the same bus just to keep all the vocals sounding cohesive together. I'll only use different busses for the vocals if they just completely have a different sound or I'm working with multiple different artists
