Also clearly the more chatty one is much more comfortable with his english, the other one stumbles around a bit and then probably doesn't want to speak as much
The casting was honestly spot on. I would not have imagined anyone else playing these roles. It was also kind of weird to hear these dudes talk, but it was a lot of fun regardless. 😁
The problem is that these guys were *too* good of actors. I'm *still* terrified of them even after this interview and seeing how sweet and pleasant they are in real life.
yooo, I just finished watching BB and now I'm watching old interviews and behind the scenes videos, I really didn't expect to see the brothers actors point of view, this is so cool. At first I thought this was posted years ago, like most videos about BB, but to see it was posted 40 min ago, haha . FRESH. It's pretty cool to see how brilliant V.G. is, he truly is a visionary , he hand picked almost the entire cast. Fresh faces and one of a kind cast
It's soooooooo wonderful to see how cool they are in real life and know their bond as brothers helped make them absolutely terrifying in their roles!! They were 100% convincing as stone cold killers. It's also terrific to see how much they enjoyed their experience on BB!! Thanks to all involved in presenting this video.
Thank you so much for this. What a joy to watch. Those brothers/ cousins made the show in the episodes they were in. Hands down I think some of the baddest-ass characters ever in the history of television.
It's awesome to hear how much fun they had playing those guys. When I inevitably rewatch BB again it's gonna make watching their scenes even more entertaining
The Moncada brothers slayed (No pun intended) their roles on both shows. This is what happens when every one is in sync. Top notch directors, writers, producers, actors etc. They seem incredibly down to earth. I would mind hanging out with these guys at a BBQ or bar.
LOVED their characters❤ They should do a spinoff mini series or even movie of their back story and what they were up to when not shown in Breaking Bad. Just like they did with Jessie's character.
My brother and i have worked together for thirty years and we have always been the same way on jobs. We don't have to discuss what we're doing, we just know what each of us needs to do.
The brother on the right doesn't seem to be as excited about the violence or criminal portrayal. The one on the left is very loose and makes light of these things, also having been the one to be part of that world in real life. The one on the right seems to glorify it less and comes off as though that stuff sits heavy within him. He doesn't smile and laugh along with the one on his left. Just an observation. Not sure if my read is correct.
The brother on the left I think is the one who was actually in a gang and did his jail time. The one of the right I think has always been trying to stay away from that life
7:30 - "Being a bad guy on film is probably the funnest thing in the whole world. Cut someone's head off. You get to shoot people. You also get to be in scenes. It's fun." Sorry. Old joke, but it never fails to make me laugh.
Sometimes even the most practical modern movies use CG to enhance shots. For example, they could have shot the explosion for real, but added extra falling debris during editing to make it feel more cinematic.
@Proxinem yes but it feels like ive heard Vince or someone say they shot two different takes and merged them into one (meaning they might not have been that close to the epxlosion)
It's honestly so endearing to see the one brother be all chatty and the other more reserved.
The quite one is definitely probably pretty similar to his onscreen counterpart 💀
As a mother of twin men I love this❤
@@BadPenny911 they are not twins in real life. They are brothers seperated by 3 years.
@@benargeeyou know what they meant 😂 you just wanted to nitpick

Perfect casting.

watch Better Call Saul and El Camino before you start watching BB vids online, you'll come across spoilers
bravo vince
Damn I’m glad to hear there’s people still watching it through
@@James-gr5unjust started it over last night because Netflix seems to lack good shows.
Imagine acting for the first time and doing such badass scenes. Daniel must have felt so great
it is sad to hear them say they are ugly, they are both very handsome men! they also seem very nice, i am sure they do very well with women!
It’s called humility.
I'm sure they were joking, but yeah they're both good enough to be on TV
they are obviously joking about themself...
I could never have imagined them to ever smile in real life

Thanks for doing the twins

The flashback when Hector starts drowning one of them sets the stage for their psychosis and the loco Salamanca family.
0:40 “silent but deadly” with the gas effect 💀💀💀
Did it dirty
These guys were definitely the Disc 2 boss of Breaking Bad

nah, sitcom. can 2 reptilian sicarios and 10 wacky sorority sisters get along in Give Me A Breaking Bad?
Just finished my 6th time watching the entire BB series. These guys were the ultimate bad asses.
They didn't age
This isn't new footage
I'm glad this guys have more screen time in BCS.
They were beyond friggin awesome.
what a way to start the weekend! 🤩
I feel like if I saw them I'd still be scared. That's good casting!
Luis is a legend. He streams here on youtube and on Twitch, and is a legitimately funny guy.

1:27 JDF!!!💚💚💚
I came scrolling through the comments to see if someone mentioned their photo with JDF.
Love and miss Jason so much, Your comment made my day ❤
This is great. Respect to both of them.
Comparing these twins to the ones in Metastasis who axe a cab driver in broad daylight in front of witnesses 😂

The Moncada's brother on the right recently switched to gaming streaming. He has his own youtube and twitch channels.
Love these guys so much, everyone from BrBa's cast seems like such wonderful people in real life ❤
Damn Bryan Cranston directed?
He directed a few episodes I’m pretty sure
@@lummy8566 Wow that's pretty cool
Definitely some jealousy one of them got to live a little longer.

Didnt the explosion use CGI to some extent tho? Feels like ive heard them talk about it in one of the episode commentaries
