Simone flexing her Swahili was dope 😂😂
Exactly 😀
Ayyy Simone!! "Tunataka Kuona tafadhali." Love it
I just love how you have improved your Swahili. Uli- past, una-present-uta future. Fungua-open and funga-close.
Asante❤️🇰🇪
Quite impressive on the Kiswahili 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 hongera
Karen good morning from Germany/ Hamburg I love the whole house except the Sittingroom please 🙏 needs to be painted with the colour white to look more brighter. Please 🙏 talk to your landlord? if it's possible.
Most of the time the guards don't know the price for such information you have to deal with the owner those two houses are the same they just need a thorough cleaning
Your Kiswahili is becoming good by the day. Following from Minneapolis.
Fungua tafadhali means please could you open that door. your kiswahili is slowly gets better Karen congratulations 🎉🔥 keep on speaking peace ✌️ with God's Love.
Both houses are nice although the kitchens are very outdated and will need some sprucing up.
As always, great video and thanks for sharing!!!
Your kiswahili is gooooood. Kenyans use Kuja alot more often while tanzanians like saying kuja tafadhali 😀😀. kuja tafadhali is more politer. pole is sorry, pole pole is slowly. Enjoy the house search.
Keep them coming 👏👏👏
What is the lazy construction of putting the shower right next to the toilet? Kenyan developers really need to do better
lazy because they've been in a booming market for years. but things have started to change. properties arent moving like they did in the past decade.
"Kuja" is more of a command when calling someone to come to you
"Njoo" has the same meaning but is more of a request than a command. not a big deal but its just politer
Thank you❤️
I like your kiswahili, kudos 👍
Blessup your self sis.Now I am home sick haven't been for 7 years now.Sis you are officially Kikuyu you are seeing rent for income 🤣🤣
Reach out to " Mwalimu Wandia " , she'll be a great fit for this channel.
Nice home in Kenya
Hey Karen, I wish you would have given us some explanation as to why the heavy security bars were on all the windows on every house in the neighborhood. Is crime really that bad over there? Also wanted to tell you that the guy from " Grow Family Network" on RUclips gave you a shout out on one of his videos. He coundn't remember your name because he said that you changed the title of your channel but you moved to Africa. I commented that it was Karen's World and he said thanks. But check the brother out. I love the way the houses are constructed as well.
No, people just don't take chances.
Window grills is an ingrained practice, all permanent houses have them.
Swahili: Pole= sorry or expression of remorse
Samahani= excuse (tafadhali =excuse)
Pole pole = slowly or slow slow
Thank you!
Tafadhali = please
🤙
I dont like the house either in Kenya if you want a good house dont buy an already built one. Get a contractor and built one for yourself. This already built one are small and not good in the long run.
Building is an intense process though. Buying comes with less stress
@New Money Clean Money That's true
@@yo-a nope , no no no its not the best choice.Once you get everyone building then you get a million styles, standards and defficiencies in codes thereby rendering the whole place a ghetto/slum.
If you can get a kenyan friend to get you around and negotiate the price for you would be better and the communication barrier would be solved must Kenyans understand English well but the accent can be a problem.
Do interior to your liking?
You never want to invest that much into something you don’t own. But for minor things like painting, sure.
👍🏾
Please check out " Government and Corp Farms Only Nothing Family Owned" on Grow Family Network on RUclips. The message was so string that he was blacked out for a few seconds but it came back on so keep watching till the end. I believe it was in that one that he mentioned you.
Thank you. Yes, I’ve been following him for years. He and his wife are amazing. That’s my homestead community 😀I’ll go check out the video.
I don't for sure but a nice p!ace that has too many empty houses may mean that it is not as safe, unless it is a new development.
It’s new of course.
Kuja tafadali 😆🤣 if only security could improve!!
The security guy couldn't tell when they were talking to each other and when they were talking to him😂
@@thorfinn7291 😆🤣
@@thorfinn7291 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I was waiting for security to say something.
@@Deggoo I am impressed Karen is making an effort to learn swahili...I like the part she said you can rent this room on Airb&B, Kenyanism is starting to kick in
