- Quick thoughts on my first impressions on the 2024 Tesla Model 3 performance after driving a 2015 Ford F150 for 9 years.
Car looks way better in person!
Seats are comfortable and great quality
Car is insanely fast and fun to drive
Sound system is unbelievable
I like not having stalks and prefer the new set up
Built quality is much better than previous year models comparing my wife’s 2022 model Y.
Overall incredible value! Super stoked about the the purchase.

I went through the same thing. I drove my wife’s Tesla and fell in love!! Sold my 2019 dodge charger r/t for the 2024 model 3. I don’t regret it!! Fun car!!

2022 M3P owner here. Great purchase, I have zero complaints with mine. Except for the tires, specifically how fast you’ll go through them. If yours came with Perrelli P-Zeros, I would stick with them… and you will chew through them. I tried the cheaper Chinese competition tires and they sucked.
How many miles did you drive before needing to change your set of tires?
@@venezolano2387 I got 13k miles out of the last pair of rears. You can probably do better if you don’t drive like I do. Your car spec’d P-Zeros (size and e-spec with foam lining) here are about $450/ea plus mount and balance so it’s over $1k for two esp if you add an alignment. I recommend working with a tire shop that gives you a years worth of alignments and have it checked about every 6 months. Makes a huge difference if it ever does pull out of alignment; if you drive around on P-Z’s out of alignment you’ll kill them even faster. Remember these cars are heavy AF too which makes it even worse.

Did yours get delayed? I'm in NY and ordered day one in April. Was supposed to come Late May/early June then mid to late June and Now July 3rd to July 31st

Haha, 3 years ago I went from a 2500 DMax to a Model 3LR. Best car ever.
I don't know about the M3P, but yesterday I took the RWD for a test drive and found the braking to be very weak, I had to put a lot of pressure on my foot to brake in an emergency, something that never happens in my current Mercedes where the brake pedal is super sensitive.
Interesting. I hardly ever use my brakes. I use the regenerative braking

For all you guys trading, what’s the main reasoning? I see a lot of trucks being traded for a car. Did you not need the space and versatility that the truck has? Towing etc
I am actually keeping my truck as my backup vehicle. I just don’t need it as my daily driver and was ready for a new ride after 9 years. As I said in the video I love my truck. ,

How many % tinted glass right/left and rear glass? It should comes from TSLA with tinted glass.
When you placed the order for it, what was the difference between the estimated delivery date versus the actual delivery date?
It’s weird because at first it was May 29th - June 12th. Then it changed to July and from
One they to another the vin was assigned and I was able to scheduled delivery. Not accurate at all lol

Did you tint just the rear side windows? If so, what is the tint percent? Also, is it just the side windows, or did you tint the rear window as well?
Right now just the rear two and the back of the car. Waiting to get the car inspected and registered then I’ll do the two front and a strip on the top of the windshield. 5%

I was able to secure a 5.35% rate through a credit union. It’s right at 800 a month
