i grew up on conor's music. they compare him to dylan and he has probally got a lot of all nighters out of fans but I know he is different than all that. he was the kid i bought tracks off at the record store that he made in his basement he is the guy who talks bs and makes it sound more poetic than whitman and more loveable than hercules. well these days he is as popular as both... eh almost. hehe. I just know the music as a good friend, and a inspiration for my own art.
I am from Omaha. I left after school. I had never heard of this guy until last week. I heard this song once and hated it. I listened again. I listened to four winds, hot knives, milk thistle, first day of my life, lua. I hated them all after the first hearing. And then . . . I got it. This guy is the new Dylan. Except I think he is actually a better writer.
@pondshoprock is it not possible he was wiping off sweat, his nose, his mouth, or scratching an itch, or pulling his shirt sleeve? Why does it have to be him snorting something besides your wishful thinking?

dude. seriously. its not a big deal. sorry i pointed something out that i noticed on a freakin you tube video. i'll make sure i dont notice things anymore cause i'd hate to hurt a musicians feelings by insinuating that they do drugs even though they talk about doing drugs in their lyrics. let me go & continue to wishfully think about drug usage elsewhere. :rolls eyes:
