Thank you! I often feel nervous and rushed. It makes me panic and hyperventilate. I get so overwhelmed and frustrated that the only thing I can do is cry. So thank you for this excercise. I hope It Will help me calm down more often and more quickly
Yes I use to feel that way! It sounds like your nervous system is just stuck in chronic fight or flight. This will def help to remind your mind/body that you are safe and it’s ok to get out of that hyper alter mode. Keep up with it! Wishing you all the luck ❤️
