That is the big problem, partners are not easily found.

wait a minute its a 6 count dance i heard him say and 7 & 8.... lol

There are 6 and 8 count basic patterns in WCS. When you start combining moves you can get 10, 12 or even 14+ beat moves. If you hear me counting 7,8 it's likely cause I'm counting the music 1-8 which is a bit of a more advanced concept than counting the patterns. I hope that helps clear things up a bit. -B
