📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
6 egg whites
Price of salt
250 g butter (1.1 cups or 2.2 sticks)
200 g powdered sugar (1.6 cups)
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
250 g ground hazelnuts (2.5 cups)
150 g all-purpose flour (1.2 cups)
Molding:
6 egg yolks
300 g powdered sugar (2.4 cups)
Bake: 180 °C / 356 °F for 20 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking pan diameter: 29 cm x 39 cm (11.4 x 15.4 inches)
