First off, welcome to Saskatchewan! You are dead right with the cold winters, and when I first moved here, I got off the plane in November in -32 degree temperatures and I thought 'What did I do'. I have now been 11 years in Saskatchewan and I LOVE it. The summers here are the best, and more than make up for the cold winters. Sunny skies, no humidity, very little rain, and the friendly people here make this an amazing province.

Those “free” things you mentioned are actually funded by everyone through taxes. And taxation in Canada is super high. Nothing is free.

Well we'll call it free.. bcoz in our country we do give akot of taxes and get nothing in return. So if canda gets taxes, it actually gives u back so it benefits u somehow. Be thankful n grateful for having these kind of countries n policies. Guess u havent seen a lacking government yet.

    Hi Dear,
    Hope you are doing well.
This is Gagan, I am one of your subscribers.
I see all your videos and find them very informative which cover almost every part about SINP.
Just have query regarding my application, I applied for PR in March 2020 in SINP OID category (Federal), got Biometric right after a month applied for PR. Then received medical request in February 2022 and same has updated in online status.
My concern is that, couple of weeks back they asked to pay RPRF (Right to Permanent Residence Fees). So according to you, is PR is confirmed or not and how long does it take to receive PPR?
I would be really thankful if you can reply on the same.
    Regards,
    Gagan

Hi Gagan, glad to hear from you. This is certainly a good new. Yeah once you pay fee, ur PR is almost confirmed. However if they need any additional documents they might ask you.
      Thank you

      Hope you doing well??
Would like to tell you that got my pr by God grace.
As well as thanx to you for your assurance about my last query, which was quite relief.
Dear I am little confuse or you can say not sure about a suitable accommodation where all Necessities are near by, as I am a new comer .
So do you know any property agent for renting the apartment.
I hope you don't mind to suggest.
This would be a great help, If you can.
