1)We are looking out for 2 Bhk fully furnished either in South or east Regina. And if not fully furnished from where to get the furniture.
2) As you mentioned, car insurance and car from where and what should be the minimum budget.
3) how to get part time job for Saturday and Sunday and full-time job also.

@@samridhi5562 you can try Victoria views properties in east regina. They have a website and you can prebook an apartment on month by month basis. You can also try main street apartments in golden mile, retallack street, regina
You can search for second hand car from kijiji website. Cars for as low as 2000$ are available.
@@samridhi5562 for survival jobs you van try any Walmart/super store etc. They have post for avalable job positions on regular basis

I am a Civil Engineer + MBA (Marketing) with 10+ years work ex in Marketing. The reason I asked for your background is - I do get lots of info on IT professionals but it is not helping me gain the insights I am looking for.
I am not sure but for certain professions in Canada you need to clear some certifications to be able to apply for jobs

Hi amit, thanks for the good feedback... my apartment office did not ask for any credit score when i moved. You will find a handful of options for apartments easily where no credit score is needed.

Regina does hav a lot part time job opportunities. Many people work at retail stores such as Walmart and seven eleven which pay them a minimum wage of 11$/hr. Some guys having a valid driver's license also do work for skip the dishes which is food delivery service to get some income ( 7-10$/hr)
there are always floors to wash and toilets to scrub....
Great & really informative... Sir does family doctors charge fees or they look patient at free of cost as healthcare is free in Canada ..
Healthcare is totally free. However for common medicines like fever,cough and cold you have to pay.

I would say there aren't many restaurants here.. so such jobs may be limited.. many Indians do own fanchise outlets such as subway, royalpaan etc..

I have mentioned areas suitable for immigrants from 2:37 part of the video.. university students prefer living around the golden mile area as it has good bus services and is also affordable..
for part time jobs you can try in any retail stores such as Walmart and superstore which pay a minimum basic wage of 11$/hr.. if you have a driver's license you can partner with food delivery apps such as skip the dishes by which you can earn around 7-9$/hr after deducting fuel costs

Regina is home to many crown Corporations and public sector companies and many students who passed from UOFR( university of regina) get placed in one of these organizations. It is not as highly ranked as university of Toronto or British Columbia so it depends a good amount on the individuals hard work. I went to UOFR campus once for an official visit. After my meeting I went to the canteen for a coffee and and found that around 40 to 50 percent of the students were from India.

Regina has very small airport does not have any retail outlets.. you can buy them at any retail store such as Walmart , Costco located within the city

@@mfaizan24 its limited.. most of the IT jobs in regina are linked through the government sector. In saskatoon some private sector are also there. People generally stay between 3 to 6 months before moving to another province's like Ontario or BC
What type of crime usually happens in Regina....? I mean robbery or killing man...or what...? If I move with my kids to this province is it safe if crime is high?
