All the recommended soundproofing products I talk about in this video can be found in the description of this video. Don't forget to SHARE, LIKE, COMMENT, and SUBSCRIBE. Doing this really helps small channels like mine to have a chance on RUclips. Thank you!

Thanks for sharing the info. It was very helpful. I have a staircase made of wood and MDF, we replaced the carpet with hybrid flooring. The flooring product has an underlay on it already. However the next door neighbours of our terrace house can hear a lot of from our staircase since it’s on our common wall.
I was thinking about insulating the underside of the staircase since there is an open space there we use for storage. I could cover the underside of it and all walls under it too.
Do you think this approach could be effective?

Hello. We have metal/steel stairs at home connecting the living room to the loft. It make a lot of noise even if I try to walk on it very lightly. Is there any way I can permanently get rid of the 'clanging metal' sound? Will tightening of the bolts help as well? Thanks.

Can I remove the carpet, glue cork and put vinyl planks on the top? The people who will install the floor said, that vinyl will double the noise. Thank you

not sure about the pink foam insulation, but can say that spray is a better transfer of noise than it is a deadener!!! id imagine this foams the same!!!

Couldn't you just use the regular caulking if we are just covering the hole? How much effective is noise sealant? Seems way overpriced.

One thing the acoustic caulking will do that cheap caulking wont is stay flexible preventing it to crack over time and letting sound/light/air through.
