Very interesting Simon 🤔 I think you got your into a whole new can of worms! 😂 but a man of your talents hell a couple of bandaids and a hot glue gun 😁👌🏻mint. 😂😂😂😂 glad everyone is safe fire is a scary animal.
LOL WTF Love it Thank you Brad for making my day, again.
Reminds me of my cousin brush hogging with a 1960 Ford...story is something spit out of the brush hog and broke the glass sediment bowl which then dumped gas onto the hot exhaust and up in flames it went. My uncle rebuilt it and it was as good as new but it took forever. Good Luck on the Massey Ferguson!
Thank you, I have to get this back in operation before the end of summer I need the space and my friend will need to clear snow.
You’re a classic.love the humour.thks😊
Thanks Scott.
Big job ahead!
That was a nice tractor you got your work cut out for ya on this one Simon we are still in a heatwave down here in New hampshire you take care and be safe

Thanks Eric, I cannot imagine you have much greenery left. Have a great weekend.
Poor guy. Glad they were able to save the barn and everyone was unharmed. I wish I had a few dollars I could donate to help get the tractor back together. Unfortunately I'm not in a good situation financially at the moment. Best of luck and thanks for sharing!!!
There is no problem with money on this job Carl, the insurance company paid for the work to fix it. Very kind of you to think that way but this is a paying gig. Could have been much worse given everything that was in the barn though!
@@arctic-rebel very glad to hear that Simon! I look forward to whatever you have to share next! Have a great day good sir!
Mmmm... interesting days ahead! I'm sort of betting on the fact that you will win... at this stage I'm putting the odds at ten to one in your favour!
Happy weekend up there... hope life is treating you all just great!!
Thanks AJ, it is just a process. I am concerned about the electrics a little but we will see.
I bought an old MF35 some time ago, it had styrofoam sheets under and on the sides of the battery. With some sparks and supported by leaking hydraulic fluid and diesel, it might end up like this.
The 135 was never sold in Sweden with 6 volt system, to my knowledge. The radiator is probably beyond repair, economically speaking at least if you're not working for free. Tractor dismantling businesses might have one on the shelf. Good thing with MF35 & 135 is you can get almost any part from somewhere, old or new.
The 135 is the best of all small tractors imo. Good luck with the rebuild.👍
Thank you, great information. It is a really bad place to have the battery compared to my Volvo's.
I see they have a reasonably priced radiator at Laholms Traktordemontering.
Thank you, Bra.
Never heard of a 6V massey from the 35 onwards either. Yes that battery location is not great, makes for all sorts of weird cab shapes to accomodate the compartment lid. It's even worse for the larger models in the range where you have to remove several panels to get it out.
Howdy Simon- sorry this happened to your friend. But, if it can be fixed or repaired, I have this feeling you will definitely win the battle. Hope it’s going well. God bless
Thank you Paul, All we can do is our best on each project. Be well my friend.
Good news the barn, maybe house are saved and all sa safe....Also this litlle one is not looking so bad. At least is summer, way easy to work on it. Best regards from 42 degree in the shadow, thinking that i'm starting to love your winters 😅
Well, 42 in the shade! Good job it is only 11 degrees here ideal for working on a tractor. I would just melt at 42 these days.
You will need alot of wather to clean the acid leaked from battery, also rust inhibitor, burned steel not paint will manage to cover well.
Great video. I would love to know the month/day you are recording. Just so I can see the difference in your weather and my weather in Dayton Ohio.
This video was filmed over an 8 week period, not all videos are filmed on a day. Bit if it helps I can start putting dates on videos.
Mf 35 and newer models are 12v… grey ferguson have 6v system
Thanks, that is what I thought when he told me. Maybe it got lost in translation.
@@arctic-rebel mf 135 have dc generator original but ac alternator is a better choise… försöker skriva på engelska men är jävligt dålig på det😂😂😂😂
QTP (Quality tractor parts). Should have most parts your after. 👍
Thank you
Hell Simon! That’s going to be a nightmare to do ….. hope the owner is watching and gets on the internet quick to do some ordering for you or he’ll be without a tractor when winter comes. Petty insurance can’t be……???? Have a fantastic week. ❤️🇦🇺🇸🇪
Hi Anne, it's not a nice job to clean up but can assure the rebuild will be very interesting. It was covered by insurance so no problem with paying and it will be ready for winter. Some technical videos to come on this build. You all take care and enjoy the weather.
@@arctic-rebel looking forward to watching Simon. ❤️🇦🇺🇸🇪
