Attempts the Navy SEAL Screening

Hatched while soaking in a hot tub, booze involved, my suggestion to attempt the Navy SEAL PHYSICAL SCREENING was actually agreed upon. To my horror, Jeremy texted me to meet up for attempt number one.
Cameron was skiing and will have to make it to the next attempt.

@@loopghost glad to hear it. Let me ask you a question because there's not too many people knowledgeable enough on form to answer it. I'm only throwing about 350. My lead foot's shoe on the bottom of the sole, under the heel, keeps having the tread go flat and then poke a hole right in the center of the bottom of my heel. I'm going through shoes every 3 months.
Any idea what kind of form mistake would cause such wear?

Yo David goggins is a different beast. We all fall short compared to him. He's shit himself running a marathon on shin splints.
If you didn't listen to the audiobook you should. There's a lot more content as he kind of hosts a podcast with his ghost writer between chapters.

@@loopghost it's definitely inspiring. I worry for his long term health, but I too have felt very motivated by his attitude and message. I didn't know he had a new book out. I'll check it out. Are you still throwing discs?

@@samhowl1152 threw 18 right before this crazy attempt. My motivation is coming back for disc, just needed a new learning curve!

@@samhowl1152 think it was -5 or-6, not my best round, but drives and putts were good. Touch shots were rusty. I can shoot -8 to -10 at this course.
