How do the management and crm work together? Does it feel like to separate programs? Is there any price advantage of using both services?
They work hand in hand and you can connect both solutions. We have tutorials on how they both work from one workspace.
Does Monday provide shared inboxes that can be linked to projects like Cuppa?
Yes they sure do.
