Yes you are right about the limit being 500 for mass emailing. However 500 is the limit on a one time mass email, the total daily email limit is 2000. Great video
How do you get around this if you have a group of users that's say a 1000 deep? Does the software automatically break this up? Or do you have to break the users down into groups of 500 and say label them user 1-500 and users 501-1000 with whatever title they fit?
Hey, Nick. I am an outside sales representative who sells products to three different customer groups, all B2B. Can you recommend a CRM that: 1. Helps separate all the businesses into these 3 groups 2. Create the best route for every city I travel to 3. Email blasts for the different groups 4. Create a timeline of notes with action items completed and for future action items per business

If I log an activity in the activities section and link with a lead I don't see within the lead where that activity is, But I can also pull up a lead and create and activity there. What is best practice? I'm not being tracked for outcalls, but out call data would be helpful to have visible for my management team. Within the lead can you create a view that shows call summary activity?
I have a question. Watched the video on deals v leads. If I have a project as a lead. Who/what is the lead when the info presented to me shows a project name. i.e New Hospital in Wellington. Included in the info is a list of individuals involved incl Senior Manager. Is this individual the lead (because I can email/phone him). If so what do I do with all the other info about the building project
curious about this as well - i think he says it for security and bots, but if your website is generating an abundance of leads i don't see a better fix
If you are looking at the email log will it show all the emails being sent to the client for anyone that sends it through Monday. For instance if one sales person Jake sends and email to John through Monday to keep track it records that since Jake is the one in Monday sending the email. But if Alex comes into the system can he see the emails Jake has sent to John?

Why do you not recommend embedding the form? What alternative lead capture methods are there and how would they be utilized?
That was my question too. Seems like it would be the best way to import contacts/leads.

There is a free plan. Not sure why it isn’t showing. Perhaps it’s new.

Is it possible to set up a CRM system for a client without any information ,like names of the leads etc ?
You would just fill the fields blank as most CRM's I use dots, can be messy.
