    I created a hubspot form that automatically creates a ticket. How do I select which pipeline the ticket is placed at? I can not find any information about it. Could you please help? I guess it should be a simple step.

      Hi there! We've got an answer for you.
      Editing the automation for tickets created by forms can be confusing because it is done in the Inbox settings, not the Ticket settings. To navigate here, you’ll click Settings > Inbox > Inboxes. The form should show up here under the channels section. When you find the form, hover over it and click edit to get to where you can edit its automation. Once you are there, you can click the “Edit ticket” link next to “Treat incoming conversations as support tickets” and this will allow you to switch which pipeline the tickets are being created in.
