Thank you for the clarity and value you bring through your teaching. Clickup should employ you. I love how you started from the beginning and provided a step by step process. Other videos start in the middle of their crowded spaces and that makes it difficult to learn through the clutter. It would be great if you can do one demonstrating the use of templates through the workspace hierarchy.
This is an excellent tutorial Stewart, thank you. It's assisted me in my decision to use Click up and I agree with Jo B's comment completely - ClickUp should employ you. I look forward to learning more from you.
THANK YOU SO MUCH. Your explanation was very easy to follow. I love how relaxing your voice is. lol Most tutorials are speeding through it and I felt more confused after watching them. I'm excited to get started. You rock.
Great tutorial. Actually the best one I've seen for someone like me. I've never used a project management software. Is it possible to send an email or text to a "space" I've created? Or maybe a folder within the space. Basically to have detailed communications in 1 place within a project......
Hey Corey! I gave it a go for a week, now i'm think of switching to this tool for client projects. It's great for collaboration with internal teams and external guests.
Great video thanks. I want an area to work with the client who can view and contribute (add tasks or comments etc) should I set up an entire workspace just for them? Or should I have a space ? I don;t want them to see everything else obviously
@@StewartGauld What would you advise, I will be working with this client ongoing and I think they need this type of software to run other stuff as well.
Small business smaller projects? I run multi miljon complex projects with ClickUp and with complex workflows. Never found Monday a match for ClickUp. Trello? Not in the same league as ClickUp. To much third party add-ons required and no rich text.
If I make a folder called Tests where I will store test for the Dev's tasks in the Agile Sprint, how can I directly attach those test cards to the development cards?
is it possible to store you files and folders in a backup (like a storage area in the office) so that it's easy for people in future to access it when employees leave and join accordingly? (almost like a handover) or does the data automatically get deleted after a while once ur task is done
Hey Sammie, You can use this for remote work as you are not restricted by a location and as long as you have an internet connection, you can manage your team and projects through ClickUp.
As of 12 Oct 22 (and probably before) ClickUp does NOT permit "unlimited users" in free version; a paid upgrade is required. So, you lost me at 0:25 time-mark when you said that. How aged is this vid ?
Much more precise than even the ones on ClickUp! I have a better understanding of what the software can do, thank you.
I'm glad you think so. Thanks!
This tutorial has demystified my perception on clickup. So easy to understand! Thanks man.

Hey Andrew,
At the project level you can add them or workspace. Depending on the nature of client/team workflow.
@@StewartGauld What would you advise, I will be working with this client ongoing and I think they need this type of software to run other stuff as well.
Easy and simple! thanks

Welcome!
If I make a folder called Tests where I will store test for the Dev's tasks in the Agile Sprint, how can I directly attach those test cards to the development cards?
Good question! I will have to look into this, we dont use ClickUp for Agile.
This video is most helpfull for me.
I'm glad!
Excellent! thank you :)
You're very welcome!
Great video thanks.
Welcome!
If you have multiple businesses with multiple email addresses can you use 1 account to manage them all?
Hey Dawn,
You would need multiple accounts.
How can I manage the work progress of individual team members? How to grant access to individual members under a task.
Hey,
We cover more about this in our updated ClickUp tutorial.
@@StewartGauld Where the updated Video ??
tks so much.
Your welcome mate!
is it possible to store you files and folders in a backup (like a storage area in the office) so that it's easy for people in future to access it when employees leave and join accordingly? (almost like a handover) or does the data automatically get deleted after a while once ur task is done
Hi mate,
No you can collect all the data in archives. This is with the paid version.
@@StewartGauld thank you! is there is any platform you recommend that offers this feature?
thank you that was helpful
You're welcome!
Can you add dependencies and use a Gannt view?
If I start set up can i delete and start again if necessary?

How do you use click up for remote work
Hey Sammie,

It's still relevent in terms of the navigation. However, some of the offerings have changed. We do have a more recent tutorial.
