Happy Friday! How is everyone doing today? Can you believe it's already begin of April? As you noticed we have not been sitting still because we were cooking something up....
Together with Oishii we have created a limited edition vegan matcha chocolate bark, featuring 8 grams of Nekohama matcha and 6 freeze dried-to-perfection Omakase berries. In this video you get to follow along for some of the recipe testing that we did in order to create the most perfect creamy yet balanced texture. Max mom helped us with the recipe and Jessie and I even flew to Austin to finish up the production together with a real chef. It has been so fun to create this together with the best team and I'm so happy being able to bring you along to see the process! Its funny how things fall in place. When I was working in the kitchen in Italy I didn't have a specific purpose in mind but just being there and learning. It comes in handy now because I understand a process in the kitchen so much better!! So I guess this is a reminder that sometimes the work you put in does not have immediate results. Results happen over time and not overnight ;)

I'm all for quality but honestly, as a minimalist living the simple life there is no way I'm going to spend $60 on a bar of chocolate. Perhaps in the US there are many who will so I guess it's a niche market, so not knocking that. All the best.

Thank you Sanne, for making incredibly tasty Matcha chocolate. I received two of your chocolate bars as a gift a while back and still miss the taste. ( they didn’t last long in my house :)) I’ve tried other Matcha chocolate (actually shipped from Japan) and honestly I liked yours the best.😋
Any strawberries is better than the ones wich were growing in the eart outside. Sorry but those one are much less red and I don’t think better in taste than the strawberries that we grow ourself. I really thing it’s a big scam…

Just a short opinion regarding the Oishii strawberries: nature is so perfect and impressive because of its flaws and imperfections and our culture has slowly developed the notion that perfection is the only right way for things and even hunans to exist. I appreciate flaws and little imperfections even more than perfection. Only because these strawberries taste good, it does not mean that other strawberries that are less red or have other imperfections taste less good. This is no critique, I simply do not support this culture of perfection among our society.

that looks very delicious!! do you guys ship to Europe:)? for people worrying about the environmental impact of production of that chocolate because of transportation - this chocolate is not for everyday consumption, maybe once in a lifetime
experience. hence the production impact of that one bar is so much less than the choices we make in everyday bases. if our everyday choices are sustainable, this one bar does not impact the climate. im a minimalist and very sustainable consumer but i would not mind trying this amazing bar once in my life
I think the bar would be visually prettier if the bottom layer was thicker and then the top layer was like drizzle design over the top of the whole thing….close enough drizzles to keep the strawberries stuck of course. 🙂

THE AUTOFOCUS ISSUE. First of all, love your channel. Unfortunately, it is widely known that the Mark 3 has disastrous autofocus. The Mark 2 was the best vlogging camera. Google Mark 3 reviews and 99% of them will be focused on the autofocus issue. Unfortunately, it is not getting fixed. That is why many vloggers have switched to the Sony ZV-1. I actually clicked on your link this week to see if you had switched to the Mark 3 some time ago because I noticed the issue and am in the market for a vlog camera. I ended up with the Sony ZV-1. It is not perfect. But for product showcase, it is unbelievable and the autofocus is the best in the business. Since you do lots of makeup, food, product, mocha recommendations, I'd suggest going with the Sony strictly for the product showcase feature if nothing else.
