Worried about not getting enough bioavailable nutrients from the matcha, due to milk - yet, absolutely no concern for the detriment plant-base “milks” cause? Boggling, yet, not surprising, this day and age. I mean, any milk that isn’t raw isn’t going to have any benefits making it worth drinking. So, this isn’t a “pro-dairy” comment, across the board. However, that does not disregard how unhealthy plant-based beverages are - and how their own anti-nutrients work against the benefit people believe they have, as well as the potential benefits of the ingredients they are combined with.

@@3to4characters No haha.
Do you add anything besides oat milk, water and matcha?
@@Daniel-pb4zs I have added vanilla before, or other flavoring like raspberry or blueberry. I do enjoy it with just those three ingredients though. That’s with sweetened matcha powder btw. I don’t enjoy it so much when there’s no sugar in it 😅
i like almond bc of the nutty flavor it adds
Me too! So yum
Soy and matcha is a match made in heaven
I love love love matcha lattes, when they're made right ofc. Sweet, simple, and tasty as...
😀😘🍵💚
I love to drink my matcha with vanilla oat milk😋you don’t have to add any sweetener to it then
same!!!
You dont have to add sweetener to it normally either
I use Vanilla Almond Milk 🙏 And I use honey as my sweetener. And Ippodo brand of Matcha. It kinda expensive matcha though but it’s worth it tbh. It taste way better than cheaper matcha and the color is super super green, not to mention the powder is really smooth and the taste was phenomenal. The cheap matcha got a doodoo green color and taste like nothing 😅😂
I love soy and oat mills with matcha they’re so good. The soy milk gives it this hint of sweetness that I love.
Love the cup, whered you get it?
Second
Cashew milk with matcha is the best combo underrated for sure
I use dairy milk it’s rich and when frothed it is smooth and rich plus, idk about health benefits when talking about matcha lattes if I wanted health benefits I just drink it without the milk
That is super brief and helpful I loved it. Thank you!
She made up the thing about decreased bioavailability though 🙄😒. Don’t believe any “science” claim people make without multiple linked studies. Anyone can say anything.
I’ve never tried matcha what does it taste like? ❤
it's hard to describe but i think i'd say it has fragant, chlorophyll-y, and almost grassy flavor in a pleasant way
Depends on the grade, could be grassy or bitter and like dirt
@@way9883 oh ok I should try it
@@FelineTomfoolery25 I’ll have to try it
Dirt
i love it with almond milk 😍🍵
Omg I didn’t know this!!! I just recently started drinking matcha and I love it with whole milk!! Definitely gonna try with oatmilk now thank u!!☺️
I love matcha tea, trying to substitute it for my coffee habit. However, I can not drink that much milk. Lol
I haven't tried those plant based milks but I am grateful for your knowledge and insight in this subject.
Thank you for sharing.
I LOVE my matcha with Almond milk but I will definitely try the whisking of matcha with water first.
My favourite are oat and plain dairy
Will stick with dairy. Only reason i use plant based is almond milk for lower carbs. Not much nutritional value in them otherwise. Fat isn't evil. 😁
👏🏾
Excellent! More people need to know this
Regular Milk is the GOAT, just think about the cheese 😢 yall gots to stop shaming my moonjuice; I appreciate this video because even tho she heavily discouraged regular milk, she still helped us non-lactoseintolerants who enjoy the superpower we have and that enjoy the deliciousness...but aside from that, plant based milk has got to be sweetened or else it just taste like dirty water, and Rice Milk is the GOAT on that side of things
I just watched a lady do this just last night! I never knew this tip, but it’s all good I’m a vegan so I’m dairy free. 🌰🥛
Personally I use almond milk that I made from home. I've heard it's a lot healthier, has more almonds in it and doesn't contain additives.
Real milk is the best
Get you those titi secretions
Yep.

Oat milk tastes way better than cow's milk for matcha lattes in my opinion
i've been making matcha wrong for so long now, i also use cow's milk
that was a lot of words for saying ur lactose intolerant lol
You completely missed the point-it’s not about lactose intolerance at all!
@@Veggiekins but it completely is! there is nothing wrong with being lactose intolerant, you need to learn to accept yourself
💀
I can’t even fathom not whisking it just for the mix alone!! I only drink oat milk and the texture was completely off when I wasn’t thorough with mixing it
Yup, I whisk with a bit of hot water ( not boiling) to turn the matcha powder into a paste. Then it goes into my dairy milk. Tastes fabulous.
I've been whisking with a bit of oat milk then adding water to fill it up. GAME CHANGER! Tastes so much lighter and sweet with 1 part milk and 3 parts water :)
This is how always mix mine because the hot water really smooths out that matcha powder
I love it with Almond Milk. The result is so creamy. Makes me dreamy 😊
Gorgeous video, thank you for sharing!
Coconut milk is purrrrfect ❤
Wow, thank you so much. I just received my first container of Matcha powder and I want all the good benefits from it 💫
I like vanilla oat milk in mine topped with plant base heavy cream !
Plant based milk is the wave 🌊
Oat milk and coconut are my favorites 🤤
is my recipe fine?
hot water (optional)
very small amount of matcha
pour in a cup with nestle milk
add 2 tbsp sugar
mix
I only like using Coconut milk and Dairy milk! Oat milk and Almond milk doesn’t taste good where I live because there isn’t very many options 😂
It’s a trend to drink plant milk these days , and ironically it’s double the price of dairy milk in my country
Omg thank you for the tips!!!!
I use lactaid milk as I am lactose intolerant mind you it tastes AMAZING
I love the glass you used for the matcha 😤
I've always said that i felt the soy milk brought out the matcha flavor better than dairy. I never had anyone confirm my opinion until now
I love cashew milk. It is so creamy!
I add 1 tsp of ceremonial grade matcha to a bowl, add a little water, whisk with a matcha whisk to make a watery paste, then I pour silk organic unsweetened soy milk over ice, add a little vanilla bean paste and honey, then the matcha. Delicious and so creamy
Oat milk has more protein content than other dairy alternatives, which makes it easier and better to froth. Which is great but also sad bc oat milk will almost always be out of stock at the coffee shops since its more popular now. 😩
But yeah fun fact its more common than other alternatives at coffee places bc it works better when u froth it 👌🏻
I grew up drinking normal cows milk for my he store and ive recently started drinking almond and oat milks and I gotta say they taste way better than what you think!
I love oatmilk it has the best texture and flavor and is so creamy
i didnt know that about the water. thank you
I love almond milk more! I'm lactose intolerant, I mean in my country we do have lactose free milk but sadly It's alr mixed with sugar. Oatmilk makes me get bloated idk how but I do drink them sometimes
A farmer told me "to make cows fat you feed them oats" So I'll stick to almond milk
😍 great tip, thank you!
the green drink plus the curvy cup reminds me of the kelp juice from sponge Bob
Banana milk is also rlly good
